Jonathan is home from school this morning. He threw up right before the bus came. Tinkerbell also threw up a hairball this morning. UGH! This day is not starting off too well.

Morning all!

When will my allergies/sinus issues go away???? I am tired of sore throats and clogged ears.

My manager is in training all morning. My other manager is out of town. Just have the lower end manager's today and 2 of them are on vacation. Great day to catch up on my work...if I can get off of here.

Colleen...Todd removed our cover on our shower drain and cleaned from that point. It really helped. Another issue we had in the girls shower was that the drain closure wasn't releasing all the way when we tried to drain the tub. We also use a plunger every couple weeks to help keep ours moving. As for the car, that seems like a lot for new brakes. We had to fork out money last month or the month before because our antifreeze kept disappearing. Was hoping it was just needing a new cap...nope, cost us $400.00 and that was with using a guy on the side not a dealership.

Nancy...prayers for your DH. Keep us posted.

Sherry and Colleen...Thinking of smores this morning and realized we made a big mistake. Should have used the gas burners on the stove. Wonder what kind of trouble that would have caused

Sherry...you can't go back to bed unless I get to go home.

I am hoping Tara has just decided to give us all a 'DRILL RUN' and that Ethan is still safely within.

I have Tara's address from he shower. I think I am gonna have to try to send something to her via snail mail. I also tried looking her up on www.switchboard.com to no avail. Her number must be unlisted. By the way, switchboard is a great resource when you need to find any number! They have business and residential numbers and I use that website all the time!!

Amanda, I use our gas burners often to make s'mores!! But after those pictures that I saw....I think it is best you guys stayed away from an open flame!!! Sounds like a good day to get some DISing or some work done!! Guess what? Short week today...so you work week is halfway done today!!!

I know Greg bought lots of dirt...but he doesn't seem to mind paying for it!! I guess that is his passion!!! And our yard looks so nice!! I am going o have to take some pictures.......actually I have some...just don't have a scanner!!

OK!!! NEWS ALERT!! The "T" on my laptop keyboard is being very stubborn and I have to hit it rather hard...so if you see a word missing a letter....just stick a T in it somewhere and then it should make sense! It is driving me crazy!! All the other letters inadvertanly just decide they don't want to stand in the order in which they were typed...really there are not typos!!

Colleen, how is your clog doing? Getting it unclogged? I hate when drains in the shower get clogged.n Hope you can get that fixed cheeply and put some more money away for your next trip! When are you going again?

I'm sitting here in work. It's bagel Wednesday. My office knows that all's they have to do around her to make folks happy is give us free food. We have a closet stocked with snacks and drinks that we can have any time.

My poor husband. He has a test tonight, a paper due on Friday and a project due next week for his class. He is attending an accelerated summer class. It is week nights from 6-9 for 3 weeks. So he is gone from 7:30 AM - 9:30 PM every day. To make things worse, he is using his lunch hour and only long break to come get me, so we can pick up my car from the shop. That poor guy, he works so hard. I know it will be worth it all in the end.

Today, I have to deal with the drain and then tonight I am going to see my 13 year old sister sing at her choir recital! They are doing songs from the Lion King! It should be really fun.
