Well, you know DD's break was last week.
University of Washington is this week.
Our district schools are always the second week in April.
It can be very hard to coordinate doing anything

Glad we don't have to deal with all three anymore.

Are we talking about spring cleaning? HAH! Show me spring first! Frigid wasteland out there... ..I'm going to live with the dustballs until Nature gives me an inch.

I am so swamped with tax junk...I wish I could just hand it over to someone...but I'm not sure they're going to get me all the deductions and credits I'm eligible for...although, you'd think it'd be their business to know...just a bit obsessive-compulsive on my part...

What's for dinner...I have absolutely no inspiration ...have no desire to eat anything or cook anything...someone invite me over.

What happened to Sherry's windows? YOu know, that reminds me of a story about a friend's younger sister...a very good looking carpenter was doing some work at their house, and as the young carpenter was leaving the little sister ran to the front window for a last look and WHAM!!!!! SHe hit the glass and slid down with a pathetic,

I admit Amanda, a lot of what I keep is sentimental to me. That and boxes in the basement. Eitherway I think I would be sad if some of my things were pitched. Fortunately Luis lets me go

Oh Rose Mary, some of our schools have their Spring Break coincide with Easter. Just with my school district, they match it up with Ohio State. Theirs is based on when a quarter ends so it is the same time every year... and since Easter is on a lunar calendar, they can't follow that. Always been spring break no matter if it fell on Easter or not for me... not sure why. Probably wanted to keep the religious separate from school. ALthough my public school always gave Good Friday off no matter what.

Nancy, I hope that the next time you go to YC that you will be able to find your scents you want

Now...Now. I don't toss everything at once. I work slowly so it is less noticeable The girls haven't even missed the over 20 stuff animals that I removed a couple of months ago. Those will go to donation as soon as I get boxes to take them in. They even willingly gave some up. There is now the rule that if they don't fit in a single layer in the area designated they must give some away. I do allow Todd his sentimental boxes in the basement, but he will have to go through them soon He told me to not even go into the attic, I haven't been there and we have lived her 6yrs . I plan on buying and getting someone to install one of those permenant ladders to attics. We had one at our old house and I loved it. I got up there atleast twice a year and pitched/organized.

Taxes...glad we are finished and checks have been received. It is always a good feeling. For those who owe, I understand about waiting till the last minute. My Dad waits till the day of and drives it to the IRS.

THANKS ELAINE! I received the most wonderful package today
. I got this cute purple bunny basket that's made out of material, malted milk ball eggs, a beautiful rose water pillar candle w/this really neat candle holder, some malted milk ball eggs, the most adorable little stuffed angel bunny, some malted milk ball eggs, some bunny ears, malted milk ball eggs, marshmallow eggs that my DS has claimed, plastic eggs filled with reese's peanut butter eggs and did I mention malted milk ball eggs? Thank you, thank you, thank you! Did I say malted milk ball eggs were my favorite? I OD on them every year and swear I will never eat them again. Oh, just went to get some more malted milk ball eggs and forgot to mention the reeses pieces carrot, so cute!

Amanda- I need some of your organizational skills at my house. I tried to get rid of most of the junk before we moved to Fl

Been a long day, I worked until 6 came home and took DS to Scouts and just got in a little bit ago. I'm fading fast (I typed fat for fast that's what I'm gonna be "fatter" after eating all these goodies)

You threw out 20 stuffed animals????? No touchy here Acutally that is my collection... mostly bears but I "rescue" all stuffed animals and I can honestly go throuhg and tell you where I got each and every one of them. Silly collection I guess... I suppose some day I will spread the joy of them, but I want to make sure the home they go to will know the history... especially on ones that were given to me by loved ones I am too sentimental I guess

Now the toher things I am sure I could use help with... I am sure I keep other things that really need to go
