I found out why I didn't see all of the Mickey's in Boston the other day. I guess a couple of them were damaged overnight, and they had to send them out for repairs. It's really unfortunate that people can't respect the statues.

Colleen....he has a paralyized vocal chord and is getting collagen injection to push one chord next to the other, so hopefully his voice will sound better......and then Hopefully it will recover too.
This has been going on since Jan.... And he has had a surgery already too.

Amanda, just go out totally covered... that way if they get on you, you can dump the sheet or whatever and make a run for it Those things are nasty though when they get in your hair!!! Very hard to get out (so I joked, but partially was being serious there )

Nope never bake cookies on Thursday. Friday is donut day at DH's work, so they don't need cookies. Either Tues. or Wed.

Today's were double chocolate oatmeal

DH called. They couldn't do the procedure on him
Couldn't get the needle through the cartilidge.....so I'm taking him in on Friday and they are knocking him out for it

Nancy, sorry they couldn't do the procedure. Has his dr. mentioned the Cleveland Clinic? They have a wonderful voice clinic that has really helped my mom alot. Her voice is sounding better and better all the time.

Whewww, what a busy day! And I worked late, then had to stop and do some shopping, got stuck in a thunderstorm and got soaking wet getting to my car An umbrella would have been no use as the wind was blowing, streets were flooded . Just very nasty out. I get in my car and hear on the radio severe thunderstorm warnings in our area until 10:00 . It's quiet out there right now so maybe they have passed.

Nancy, Sorry to hear DH didn't get the procedure done and that you will have to miss HP on Fri. My DS is going to the 1st showing here w/his aunt & cousins on Fri. He is pretty about it. I sure could use one of those cookies right about now
