And here I was just about to offer some suggestions!
I guess I'll have to wait until the revises ones are released!![]()
Love the flashback pictures! My how your kids have grown! I totally remember those crazy 80's costumes the characters wore! Gotta love the "space" theme![]()
Love the plans bestie!!!! We will be there right with you for some of the plans...possibly maybe go with you to the MNNSHP!!!! YAY![]()
Some random tips.....Dinosaur is pretty scary so I only suggest that for the bravest kids. We have seen many kids crying on/after this ride over the years. If your Ds is the daring type though he'd probably love it!
As for MNSSHP if you want to catch Snow White and the dwarves stop their first. The line gets crazy long and stays that way all evening! There is much more to do then time will allow so try and prioritize what you want to do and then enjoy as much as you can![]()
Your first day sounds great. I strongly recommend the rest period after Animal Kingdom. Even on a cooler day AK is hot and tiring, but a lot of fun. Then after a rest period MK and the excitement of MNSSHP will energize you.
Sounds great!
What time is your ADR for Donald's Breakfast? If it's not before park opening, get a Kilimanjaro FastPass before you check-in.
It is right next store and you can go right on after you eat.
As for MNSSHP, you'll have a blast.
We did lots of char interaction and no rides when we went in November.
I'd recommend to get there at 4:00 and eat dinner quick-service (Columbia Harbour House is a great choice).
Make sure you get stuff that doesn't drip and make a mess since you'll be in costume.
By 6:30, you should be heading towards your first MNSHHP activity.
We went straight for Toontown and were first on line for Mickey and then waited minimally for Minnie.
But Dawn is right that Snow White also has insane lines.
So you may have to suck it up and wait in line for either Mickey or Snow or skip one (we skipped Snow White).
Another tip - if you want Cinderella's pumkin carraige, that usually opens around 6:30 so you can sneak into that line before the party actually starts.
I'm with everyone else - get in a line early. Whichever picture is most important to you, go ahead and do your waiting early. We've waited on Mickey and Minnie in the past, and we got smart and were first to see Mickey and had a short line for Minnie this year. Next time, we're thinking of doing the Snow White wait.
Also, be sure to hit the two Photopass shots!
You can get the ghosts at the hearse outside HM and the hitchiking ghosts across from the Liberty Bell.
In both shots, the Photopass photographer magically add the ghosts to your pictures afterwards.
Very fun sounvenir from the event!
And there's usually good Halloween discounts for Photopass for pics from that night...
for 6 months!
Summer always seems to go so fast that it will be here before you know it!
for adrs! Hope you get everything you want! (i'm sure you will! it's much easier at 180 days)
