Ok so the other day I played doors to fortune. So I figure "ill probably get dc in line" so i get to the front and im thinking "wow this is a first lol". I spin the generators(big surprise) and i got the grand prize!!!! I WON INFERNO!!! but hears the thing.... "Congrats Disniplaya you have won Inferno!"- said hula. "Thank yo"- BAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DISCONNECTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



NOW I DOUBT ANYONE HAS A SPARE INFERNO OUT THERE LOL. AND I TALKED TO HULA AND SHE SAID I HAD NO PROOF!!!!! THAT I WAS LIEING!

first it depends who was working at the time and it is usually Fin so you would have to talk with her. and second if they said that you win inferno than they would have your title if they did not get it to you before you DC. and then they would have gotten it to you because they out it in without trade they put it into your inventroy magically. (as i like to say) and so you might have seen them saying you won but many ppl win and most ppl get credits. if we match exact in the same order than you get inferno but making a match gets you 100 credits per match. but i would look and check and see if you got credits. and if not talk to the host working i do not think hula does that game. but good luck on trying to get what you did not get.....

Definetely check your inventory becuz that's something big that they couldn't just forget about. If it's not in there then go to the host games until you find the one that was working your doorway game and ask her! They might just remember that!

i have tried and i went through the monster maze and i got to the end to talk to hula and i kept on saying Hula blah blah blah. but she did nothing and booted me. i no its hard to believe but i got nothing period.

well the hosts were not listening to ANYONE during the maze. They had to right down names and keep the room from crowding. So go to other host games and try. Also send in a thing to vmk using the contact us. That's what most hosts tell ppl to do! Keep trying!

Well, I'm sorry that happened but if you truly won inferno, use the "contact us" tab from VMK's main page and report it. There is a drop down menu and one of them is about credits and prizes you feel you weren't given. They will look into it and reward you if you earned that prize. Please do not bother asking staff, there is nothing they can do about it. It has to be reviewed.

Please do as suggested by Goofy05. Go the VMK home page - look for the "contact us" button. Not sure where it is now since they have redesigned the home page, but it used to be on the very bottom of the page. Don't sign in to VMK to contact them - do it from the home page!

If you truly won inferno, they can review the "conversations". Since Host Hula said in conversation that you won inferno AND mentioned your name, I think it would be pretty clear to them that you are not lying and they can put the inferno into your inventory very easily. It just might take a while - seems like it takes about 2 months to get any kind of response from staff using the "contact us" option.

all conversations are logged and they have to keep the logs. so write to vmk on contact us and have them check there logs for that day and time and they will you have won Inferno.

That sounds awful that u won inferno but disconnected!!! They shouldn't even have it so people disconnect. But if u don't end up getting it just think,

1. You won't have people keep following you asking for inferno
2. Every 2 seconds trade signs coming up
3. If u make ur own game and say that u will win rare stuff everyone will get angry that ur not giving them inferno
4. Now u know you've got some luck up ur sleeve!!!
