I'll be bringing my 5 1/2 mo. old to the world with us in 14 days ( ), along with my 5 and 8 ys dds... please tell me it's not so scary with a baby!!

Any great tips or tricks?

Going with a baby is great! Take it easy and have a great time...you'll get some great pics..the characters LOVE babies!!
Do you have some sort of carrier?? Like a sling or Mei Tei??? That would definitly make your life easier...lol
I have been taking my girls to WDW since my 5 yo was 8 months and we have gone at least 2-3 times a year since. (my 15 month dd will be taking her 3rd trip soon :P)
IF you are nursing there are a ton of quiet relaxing spots around to go to (love going on TTA and relaxing :) ), or if not you can go to the babycare centers and heat up a bottle if needed.

We took our 5 month old last fall and it was a great trip. She slept a good part of time while we were at the parks. I was nursing though and had to find discreet places in the shade to nurse (don't get me started on that whole subject-why does Disney only have ONE baby center?). We were sure to keep her shaded as much as possible and she was fine. Taking care of an infant did not detract from the enjoyment of the rest of the family at all.
At first I was concerned about how she would sleep in the pacnplay, but that Disney magic wore her out just as much as it did the rest of us:).
Hopefully you'll have a great time!

Have a great trip! I found it very easy to take a baby. A carrier worked well for us, keeping them fed and comfortable was key. Parent swap was awesome for us to do more rides with our older kids. And if all else fails, know when to stop and take a break. On our last trip, all the kids(when the baby was a toddler) were tired and grouchy after the first day, so it made the second day unbearable. On the third day went just stayed around the hotel that morning and it saved the rest of the trip.

Went with a 9 year old (who is disabled), 4 year old and 4 month old. EASY !!!! She ate and slept anywhere. She seemed to love to people watch when awake. She rode anything they let her on. She was easier than the older kids. I would do it in heartbeat !

My personal thing - I had to have my own stroller that she was comfortable in and I knew was clean. Took a lightweight blanket to hang over it while she slept.

Last December our kids were 3 and 7 months. I was really worried about the baby leading up to the trip, but it was GREAT! We had so much fun and it was not hard at all. Take advantage of the baby care centers, the CM's are great in there. Just take your time and rest when you need to!
