Hi Guys - sorry I am a bit late this week I kind of lost track of time. With only 4 weeks and 6 days till my date with the mouse I am busy,busy ,busy ;)

We have done really well this week

Weeks weight loss - 16.7 lbs

Total Weight loss 170.2 lbs


We can now say we have lost a whole person somewhere :rotfl:


I have had an ok this week with a loss of 1lb but trying on my bikini for my upcoming trip has me more focused than ever :rotfl:

I am up one pound but with 2 weeks (at least?) of no change I am happy for movement. Any movement when I am on a weight plateau means I can shake it up now. (that would be a start eh?)

ok - my goal is 4 DVD workouts minimum before next weigh in.
 
Congratulations all!! I'm not part of this group but I'm also on a wieghloss and healthy lifestyle journey!

I only lost 2 lbs last week. I am happy about that. I went crazy with my eating. I have come to the conclusion the Cheetos are the most evil food on earth. I can't just eat a couple.

I guess you can't really count my weight as I keep forgetting to check in every week. Just wanted to let you all know that since beginning of March I'm down 29lbs. Great to see everyone doing so well. Keep it up gang.

Try baked Cheetos!! They also sell them in 100 calories packs in my grocery stores...maybe they won't so evil if you can have portion control! Cheetos are my weakness too. And plain potato chips. Oh and Doritos. ;)

So I've been MIA, but i'm certainly not the whole person that we seem to have lost! I was already to get up off my behind and do something about my weight/health when Bawb passed away. I lost all motivation for some reason...

However, I am back on track!! :hyper: I finally got DH to join a gym! We signed up last night and we'll meet for our complimentary personal trainer consultations beginning Monday! I think we get 2 of those sessions...I also joined a program called 9 months to a new you or something like that. It's there at the gym...it's for women only and we are put into squads of 10 and we basically compete to lose weight! We get points for working out...more points if we work out with another woman from your squad...and more points if our entire squad does a group session! They host an awards banquet every 3 months to acknowledge our progress. I guess they go all out for it...the guy told me that it's a black tie event! :) We NEVER get to do anything like that! And our first banquet for this session happens to fall on my birthday, August 31st. :thumbsup2 This is exactly what I need...accountability!

Once I meet with the trainer on Monday and we set some goals, I'll put my ticker back up and hopefully watch the pounds fall off! I'm trying to convince DH that my reward for losing weight should be to send me on the podcast cruise...we'll see if it works! ;)
 
I lost 1 lb!!! :woohoo: It was touch and go there for a few days but I beat the scale!!!!!! Wish me luck over the weekend - I have a family birthday party and that means yummy cake and ice cream. :eek:

Thanks, I will have to see if I can find them. My daughter loves cheetos and potato chips, so I have to work on my will power.

Hey everyone- I am down one lb this week, I am happy as it is consistent- and I did go to dinner for DH b-day and ate a ton- Mexican. Sour cream is my downfall.
And fresh choc chip cookies
and cheddar sour cream potato chips
OK must stop now as I might end up like this popcorn::
 
Another 1.4 lbs gone. That takes me to 17.8 lbs. Creeping up on the 20 lb mark. I'm over 1/3 of the way to my first goal.

I didn't post results on this thread as our scales went ka-put and we had to buy some new ones, so I have no idea whether I was up or down...but I do have a slight loss to report on the next thread once Jackie starts it. :thumbsup2
