I am returning to this forum to correct and protect my character. Yes, I fell in vomit after exiting the Test Track Ride. The vomit was located on the ramp as I TURNED the corner. There was no way I could have seen it or prevented my fall. It was NOT MY FAULT! Even if I was looking down, one would not expect any kind of substance to be there, especially vomit. Also, the employee who let us off the ride had full knowledge and even left his post to go and look after a previous rider had told him. I did not know this discussion would cause such a stir and I didn't even know it was here until I googled my name. To all of you who think that going through 4 major back surgeries is a joke, I'm appalled. Just to let you know, I always loved Disney and moved here to be able to take my children on family vacations. I wanted to share my horrible experience with the attorneys who represent Disney to warn others of how unethical they are. What happened to me can happen to you! Unfortunately this was a REAL LAWSUIT and after 7 years of litigation and a jury trial, Disney was found to be 100% negligent. Yes, the jury did award $82,000 and I do not know how they arrived at that number. My attorneys used that money to pay for my medical expenses and their fees. So I did not receive any money. It was never about the money to me and if I thought I was at fault would never have commenced a lawsuit. I also was advised by my attorneys not to discuss or disclose any information until the case was settled. So now that it is settled I may discuss and speak about this horrible experience with anyone or everyone ...

Don't know anything about your case, just wanted to say that i'm sorry that it happened to you. Sounds horrible. :grouphug:

We closed the discussion of this once, there's no value in rehashing it here. Thread closed.
