The Wish Maiden Cruise is still listed on my list…Got answer already

We had sent our DU an email saying we have to cancel the Maiden Voyage, and we would like the 50% discount on a future cruise. We have a family cruise on the Dream that starts the same date as the Maiden Voyage. Both are listed on the DCL website.

Is this something that will take awhile to straighten out, or should the Maiden Voyage be gone from my cruise list already?

Got the answer as to why, thank you, Tracey!

As of right now DCL is having us leave them on the new sailing date, even if you won’t be taking that sailing. If you had another date now they would just move it. They are working on a way that these can be cancelled and the credit be attached to your CC number like the non maiden voyages.
