We have a big double jogger stroller. Will this fit on the boat to MK? We never do the bus because the stroller is too much of a hassle to squeeze down the aisles.

Thanks

Thanks for your help Ethansmommy! I see we're both from NY!

One more question, are all the CL rooms on the 7th floor? Do you stay CL? If so, do you like it?

There are 2 types of boats, a largeer one that you can just roll the stroller right on, and a smaller one where you would have to fold the stroller up, and step down a few steps to get on. I think you can still fit the stroller on, but it would probably be a tighter fit than the busses with the same stroller.

:wave2: Hello fellow New Yorker. For the most part the CL rooms are all on the 7th floor, I think maybe some of the deluxe CL rooms are on other floors.(someone please correct me if I am wrong) Yes we have stayed club level a few times and we absolutely love it. We will be staying CL again this Nov. I really like the fact that we can go to the lounge during the day and grab snacks. They have several different seating areas to eat and relax, it is especially nice after a long day in the park. We also find the staff very friendly and helpful. Another great thing about staying CL is the services that IPO offer you before hand, they have always been great at getting me all of my adr's and answering any questions I have had. Feel free to ask me any other questions you might have and I will do my best to help.

Hi all! As another fellow NY girl I agree. We hae stayed CL at WL our last 2 trips and have just booked it again for our upcoming trip. The CL rooms are on the 7th floor and it is very convenient. We prefer to grab some breafast from the Old Faithful Club on most mornings so we get a quicker start to the day. When we come back in the afternoon, we grab some snacks before we head to the pool. If we are around at night, it is nice to unwind with a glass of wine or a cordial! There is a thread dedicated to CL (at all the WDW hotels) I will try to find the link in a little while and post it.

Hello all!! Have been researching for my family's first trip to WDW and am looking forward to booking at WL and am definitely interested CL (I think I have my husband convinced it is worth it for the extra money). My question is, for those of you who have stayed CL, do you usually pay rack rate and find that it is worth it to pay the extra? Thanks for your input!! :thumbsup2

I have stayed CL a few times and have never payed rack rate. I usually use a AAA discount or whatever promotion is out for the time Im going. I think I would still go even if I didnt have a discount. I do think its worth the extra money, its nice being able to relax in the lounge after a long day and grab breakfast to go first thing in the morning. Another thing that makes it worth it to me is the use of the IPO. They have always been able to get me my requests.

Do you find that the AAA discount is significant? I plan to use it if nothing else is available when the time comes.

The AAA discount is better than nothing. I think it's 10%, but don't quote me. We were lucky to get a pin code. Do you have one? You should call and ask, you never know.

Unfortunately, we have quite a wait until our trip. Going September 2010, but I plan on booking the room in October of this year because I know what I want and if a good deal comes along in the meantime, then we can be even more excited about our trip!

Would a regular (not club level) room have a fridge? I thought they all did, but now I'm seeing "by request" and "fee" in room descriptions. How much is the fee?

As far as I know, ALL rooms in ALL deluxes have a small, dorm-sized fridge. There is a fee for values and Mods, but in a deluxe it has been standard for the last 5 years or so.

I'm new here and I've really enjoyed reading all the info on this boards. I'm gratefull to all of you veterans who take the time to post it.

I'm trying to decided btw the Deluxe room at WL and a 2 bedroom villa. I will be traveling with my DH, DD age 2 and DM. The Deluxe room has the CL benifets and is about $1000 cheaper. My mom is leaning toward the 2 bedroom villa but I think that is more room than we really need. I just want a space seperated by a door so that DD can nap and go to bed on the early side without us bothering her.

What do you experts think?

I'm no expert but we have the same family configuration and have booked a one bedroom villa. Would that work as a compromise between what you and your mother want?

Just Booked these hotel for my familys first disneyworld trip,Originally it was CBR but we upgraded here cant wait may 24-June 1st.we goot woods view any tips On this resort?

Make sure you allow some time to enjoy just sitting in the lobby and enjoying the relaxing view.

We enjoy the nightly water pageant at 9:35 p.m.

There's lots of great information on the first few posts in this thread that might be helpful for a first stay.

Have a great time!

As a family of 5, we have stayed in the Deluxe rooms on three different trips (it's the only room at WL that will accommodate us). It's a wonderful room and we love being able to let some people sleep while others are in the living area. The floorplan used to be on page 1 of this thread; I assume it still is. The CL benefits are nice, but if you get a deluxe at the end of the wings it is a long haul to the lounge. That said, the lounge area overlooking the lobby is a wonderful place and my favorite of the CL lounges we have stayed at.

We are trying a 2-bed villa at VWL this trip; so I can't compare them for you yet.

Hope I haven't added more confusion :goodvibes
