You may have to make two separate reservations, one ress for 5 nights then the second ress for the last two nights. It does sound complicated.

HELP!!!! I've now changed my dates to Nov 14-16 but STILL no availabilities......

In case anyone might be interested....I called WL earlier tonight and found they have three in-room 'treats', beyond what is on the Room Service menu, that can be delivered.

$40 - A milk chocolate box with assorted truffles. A Wilderness Lodge logo that is done in candy is on the outside.

$25 - A white chocolate Donald Duck served on a plate with chocolate drizzle.

$25 - 8 cookies (I forgot to ask the flavors) on a plate with a Mickey Head shaped rice krispy in the middle.

You can order up to 24 hours in advance.

I'm just back yesterday from our first stay at WL........WOW!!!!!! I'm spoiled for life. I'm working on a trip rundown and will post when I get it finished, but if you have any WL specific questions, feel free to ask :)

:dance3: I was just able to book both rooms for 5 of the 7 nights club level!! :dance3:
I'll keep calling each day to try to add the last 2 nights. Thanks so much!!!

ETA: I just called back and the CM was able to use the NYB code-I saved $1000.00!!!!!

I'm sorry, I'm confuzzled.

Are these things that can be ordered more than 24 hours in advance (like, pre-trip) or that can be ordered no more than 24 hours in advance (like normal room service)?

(I must have missed an earlier part of the conversation..sorry! I just thought it would be neat to send the cookies to my parents' room when we're all there next month.)

Thank you for the info, I am surprising my husband with a trip in January and this gives me some great ideas for little surprise goodies for him.

Thanks for finding this information out. I've been trying to find out if you could get anything special ordered for a while and no one seemed to know. It didn't occur to me to actually call and find out! I'm definitely getting the DH the Donald next time since Donald is his favorite! :)

I think you can probably do either..but you can't order more than 24 hours before the day you want them delivered. The OP was trying to get something special delivered for an upcoming trip.

Ah, thank you for the explanation! So we'll just have to request it after my parents check in. No problem!

Does anyone know if the Mechantile sells milk?

I was thinking about putting an order in with Garden Grocer but really all we would need is water, fruit (my kids & I eat tons & tons of fruit) and milk for DS who will most likely still want a bottle of milk before bed. That's really the only thing we can't do without because of the concierges offerings. We'll be able to get apples, oranges etc in The Old Faithful Club and will fill the kids cups with water or juice there before we head out in the morning.

If I can buy a 1/2 or full gallon of milk in the Merchantile it would be great!!
We bought milk in the Mercantile in August.

Thank you!! That makes things a lot easier for me!

For everyone wondering about ordering things for the room, you can also order from Disney Florist. Their things are a bit pricy but they do a fanstastic job! I've used them 3 times now and always been very impressed with their services! I will be using them 3 times more in the near future and I'm sure I'll use them again after that!

When we stayed at GF in March DD and DH received these in our when we first arrived. Both of them had birthdays during our trip. I'm under the impression that you can order them for around $40, they received them as a gift!

BTW, when I took the pictures I had already eaten the chocolate covered strawberries off of DD plate! She gave them to me because she knows they are my very favorite thing!! She's such a good girl! They were soooooo yummy!!!

What are the views from the club level rooms? I booked and requested inner courtyard. Do the rooms all face the courtyard? Thanks!!

I believe that there is courtyard views and on the south tower of the building the other rooms face the villa and on the northside they face toward MK and below is the service area. I'm going to request north tower facing MK. We just won't look down!

Does anyone know if guests can request a microwave for their room?

We've had them at the GF and Poly, and they are listed as available amenities (on the WDW reservation site) at the BC, YC & BW, but not at the WL. So I'm wondering ... has anyone ever had one?

TIA!

I will be staying at WL Nov 30 - Dec 4 hoping to add Dec 5 and 6th if not will be staying at PORS from the 4th thru the 6th. I can't wait, I have requested an inner courtyard view room off the lobby. I hope I get it.

BTY if you are from Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina and North Carolina there is a special discout rate for Florida neighbors (Booking code GTI)
Try this link if not you can call a CM and tell them about this offer. I ran into the CM's not knowing this code but after they did research used it. It save me a bunch on a courtyard view room. And I just checked this site and they still have availability for courtyard views, courtyard views w/ bunkbeds and deluxe room on club level. It says for October but I used this code and got a room in december. Good luck.

I do not believe you can get a microwave for your room. I have no idea where it would fit if you did..but I could be wrong.

Worst case scenario, you'll have to use the one at Roaring Fork (food court) which is available 24 hours a day
