This might be a silly question, but......

When it's colder, are the busses busier because people avoid taking the boats?

5 More Days!!!!!!!!! :wizard:

With going to MK I think its the same as it is in the summer. They have the smaller open boat and also have a larger boat that is inclosed by the windows. I love taking the boat so I just put up the hood on my sweatshirt! It only takes about 7-10 min tops anyway so I can handle the briskness of the lake!

Hi, all -- :wave2: I've been MIA from this thread since we got back from our Dec stay at WL. I've been lurking, but RL has made it hard to have time to post much.

Our stay was great! I'm still working on a trip report and pictures. For all of you about to be there -- I'm jealous!

I was going to start bugging you! It'd be nice to hear it all just before we leave. This week is so hard already!!!!

5 days!!!!

Just booked online for our second stay at WL from 5/30 - 6/4.

Last time we booked through a travel agent and she handled all our room requests. What's the best number to call to request a specific area.

We have a woods view bunk bed room, and I would like to request an upper floor in the north wing.

Matt

Matt,

You would just call the CRO number that is listed in your confirmation email.

Congrats of your booking!

Loopner,

I'll be thinking of you already in FLORIDA when I'm trying to get to sleep on Friday night.

I'll probably not be able to sleep anyway! :rotfl2:

Hi, Brian -- you are almost there!!! I'll try to at least get a few pictures up before then.

Do you have a trip in the works? Even if it's over at that other Lodge.

Hi, I should have called you weeks ago, so busy with Christmas. I'll try and call tomorrow.

Christmas Day all the nieces and nephews where talking about WDW and the Lodge so we're all going down after school is out in June.

They miss the Lodge.

Beckie

ps: I miss the old gang also. :upsidedow

Hi, I'm new to this board, but not new to Disney. My family has been 8 times, I think. My husband and I will be staying at Wilderness Lodge for the first time in February. We are very much looking forward to it. We will be staying in a courtyard view bunkbed room. In the past we have stayed at Old Key West, Saratoga Springs, Carribbean Beach, Port Orleans and off site.

We have only made dining reservations for 2 days so far. Will this be a problem in February? We just hate to be tied to reservations.

I so appreciate all the info here and enjoy reading the posts.

Unless you have specific restaurants you want to eat at you should be OK with less ADR's in February, remember you can always call to make reservations an hour or so before you are ready to eat.

Once we were at EPCOT with no advance dinning plans I called Disney Dinning and booked us a table while we were walking to World Showcase. When we arrived a few minutes later other guest were being turned away.
