Would anyone be interested in meeting at the Territory Lounge? How bout August 7th at 8pm?? Then we can also do something on August 10? Same place same time? I'm trying to squeeze everyone in, LOL. I have gotten several PM's about this. Please check your above dates to make sure I copied them correctly. Feel free to PM me. I think this could be fun. Never been to the Lounge before at WL but it looks like they have light fare and drinks! I am also flexible with dates. We could have a meet and greet come and stay for as long as you want! Any thoughts about thoughts/suggestons/comments? Maybe we can at least nail down 2 dates for a time that is convenient for everyone.

Not sure about Blue Moon but it is a better than average tap selection. They have Red Hook ESB and Widmer Hefewiezen (or at least they did last Feb) I don't recall what else though.

aug 21-28 for me!!!!

But, our week feels a lot emptier than your week!

Ok I can't even think right now. Because I should not be thinking of this. But I so miss everything about the Lodge it has been awhile. So we can get a Courtyard view for about 200.00 more than our pop free dining package.

I would only have to buy one 7 day ticket since we already have tickets from past trips left over. Plus I bought a 7 day ticket last year thinking we would need it. Never used it. We also have water park tickets left over we need to use. So another 250.00 there.

Then there is food. I wouldn't add the dining since dd wants to eat at t-rex dh at rainforest and we have one adr at garden grill. I have gc already set aside for those meals.

We are there for 10 days and are style of eating is mostly CS meals. I'm not a huge lover of adr's. I'm not sure how much money if we do this I would need for food ? There is 2 aduts,1 child(5) and a 2 year old (sharing meals ut will need her own drink). When we stayed at POFQ for 2 weeks last year we would eat lunch and usually around supper would sometimes just get dd a kids meal. Most of the time I would get a snack or kids meal because I was so full from lunch still. Dh sometimes just eats once a day. I'm thinking like 80.00 a day for the 4 of us? My girls usually just eat cereal for breakfest or something quick like that. Dh and I never eat breakfest.

I can't beleive I'm thinking of doing this!! WL is dh favortie resort also so it should be ok right?

We are going to be there from August 1-8, so we're only going to be there during your stay on the 7th. You will enjoy CL. We have always stayed CL at the WL and this upcoming trip is no exception. Perhaps we'll see you up there.

If you eat as little as you say, you shouldn't have an issue eating for $80.00. Have you thought about Garden Grocer so you can order milk and cereal and some snacks for the room?

Maybe take DD to POP one day for lunch, that way she's not so heartbroken about not staying there.

That is the other issue dd wants to stay at pop again. We are doing a order from Garder Grocer for some snacks,milk ect already. I looked at the cs recipts from last year and it looks like are average bill was around 30.00 with tax. Plus even though we have the ts meals plan I planned on bringing the 800.00 for food so we have extra. I think last year when we stayed at POFQ for 2 weeks I came home with around 300.00 from food money.

Alas, it looks like I may miss the festivities. I'll be there from the 17th-22nd. Anyone else going to be there with me??

The idea of meeting would be fun. I know there is another meeting of DIS members planned at 2:00 PM at the Poly. We'll see how it works out for us, we have an ADR at Teppan Edo at 4:50 pm on the 7th.

Perhaps if the 7th is the target date, cordinating with the other meeting and mid day may work out for more. Many of us take mid afternoon breaks from the parks and that time works great. Getting into the evening may make it difficult with dinner ADR's, and evening activities. Just an idea.
