First you close your eyes and choose a stone from a basket. One side of the stone has your word in Hawaiian, the other side has your word in English. I got Harmony. I thought that was a good word for me.

I really like this idea! Harmony is a great word. And the matching bath salts at the end are a nice way to tie it all together.

Meanwhile Jill had a complete body scrub with a pineapple scented exfoliant. She commented to her therapist, “I smell like a Dole Whip.”

That's so funny! I bet she was right!

a lot of kids didn't understand the “lazy” part of the lazy river. They were swimming along without a floating device kicking up water and splashing around.

That makes me bananas!!! As I get older, I find I'm more easily annoyed by it, LOL. The worst "lazy" river I've experienced with this issue is at Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort. It's like people soup and absolute chaos in there unless you go immediately when it opens for the day.

I seem to have no problem sleeping through the night (with the occasional potty break). I don’t seem to wake up in the middle of the night, unable to fall back asleep!

I love the end of the building, and the green is all so lushhh!!

there was a rooster in the bushes keeping an eye on us.

Ahh yes, so many roosters around Hawaii! We saw there everywhere as well.

Yum! the pineapple looks fresh as tasty!

I got the Loco Moco, and let me just say, I have a new breakfast food love of my life! This was so tasty!

Yum! I remember having it with spam as well!

We went back to the room, and Jill called Budget, and the only solution was for us to go back to the airport and get an adapter from the rental agency.

They should have delivered it if they forgot to include it! Too bad Disney didn't have one on-hand as well!

I got the Loco Moco, and let me just say, I have a new breakfast food love of my life!

This is my husbands all time favorite too. When I grill hamburgers I freeze smaller ones. I make small packs of gravy and rice to freeze as well. Then if he wants Loco Moco he just defrosts it all, frys up an egg and he is good to go.

The grill didn't heat up as nicely as my grill at home and it took a little longer than expected.

Oh my goodness, I thought it was just me. They take forever to get to temp!

It took several minutes for him to run to the back, but he came back with what we needed. This pesky little thing.

I think I said it already, but Aulani should keep a couple of these on hand if they have chargers and all, I bet you weren't the first, and won't be the last!

Here’s what traffic on the H1 looked like going into Honolulu.

We had our honeymoon on the Big Island- I remember Dorian watching news in the am and they always had a Honolulu traffic report that looked like this!

This looks like the BBB for adults!

and the cold plunge.

I'm not a cold plunge person, nope!

And then they had these loungers all over the area.

Those looks so comfy and serene!

Basically you're in a “wet room” where there are drains in the floor, and the shower is immersing you in warm water the whole time during your massage.

Did the shower part add to the massage experience a lot would you say!

I had purchased these steaks on the mainland.

Alison and her flying meat! Glad some things never change!
