Looks like Ursula is only going to be in one scene. On the Little Mermaid DVD where they show the animated ride version,Ursula is in two scenes but one of them is out of order.

She will be in the "Love's First Kiss" scene in huge form. Not an AA, mlre likely a projection.

I love that model and it seems Ariel's Grotto is going to be something like the bride scene in the Haunted Mansion. We'll hear her throughout the winding track and then finally see her. I'm guessing that's how it will work.
