Morning Y'all,
scotlass, I hope the boy is feeling better today!
Janice, I hope Alex is better too & hasn't spread his germs! Wouldn't want the poor kid banned to the garage.
Glynis, Glad Mary is better & you had such a nice weekend! It's good that your Dad is able to keep himself busy.
Ann, Glad you are feeling better!

Hope your pipes & directtv installation go well today.
Not much going on here. My neck is feeling a lot better today, so that's good!
Oh not good. We have had a rash of car thefts & breakins in my subdivision. Bad enough to have made the local news twice!
I do give you kudos for perseverance. However, after shoveling snow for two hours this morning, the season for grilling seems so far away here. So how was the aged steak from WF? I have always wondered if it was worth trying.
Shovel Snow for two hours! I wouldn't know how!! and if I did you wouldn't believe the whining/wine-ing

I'd be doing after.
It was an excellent steak! I don't know that I can really justify the higher price. We both really enjoyed it, but the guilt of what that sucker cost was killing us!

I do think we did really well with the aging of the prime rib for Christmas. I think I might go buy a large hunk of beef again, age it, trim it & cut it into steaks to freeze.
I made some devilled eggs today...there are lots left over. I used hot smoked paprika on them...yum!
Becky, Those eggs looks scrumptious!! I want one! I saw a recipe in one of my mags for deviled eggs made with sour cream & topped with smoked salmon. I want to try that!
Sorry you weren't impressed with your chicken recipe. I think the asparagus look delicious, maybe I'm not a veggie purist?
Dinner tonight is going to be roasted chicken. I haven't decided if I'm doing it inside or on a beer can on the grill. Not sure what the sides will be either. This is all really in preparation to make Laura's Chicken Potpie!
Lauren, You better be good!
How are the road conditions up there?
