Wed June 25th
We were all awake by 9 and decided to go to Golden Corral for breakfast. We had a really good sever this time. The bill was $20 and we left him a $5 tip. Next we went to Disney Quest. We had to queue outside for it to open so it was quiet when we got in. We went on a few games machines then I headed for the internet tables while the kids ran around. They came back after a couple of hours because everywhere was busy. They asked for a drink but came running back to ask if they could have some cake. Gary came back with a huge piece of carrot cake and Julie had Chocolate Mud Pie. The server had asked if they were sure they wanted a cake each. Gary got a spare fork for me and even though we all had a good go at them we still left half of each cake. We were still full after our breakfast. The plan was to go and have a look round the Marketplace but when we left DisneyQuest the heat hit us so the pool got the vote. I suggested a water park but the hotel pool won the vote. Gary had seen a snake at Typhoon Lagoon in March and had heard about them in Blizzard Beach. It suited me because with the heat our refillable mugs took some hammer and it saved me from buying loads of drinks at the water parks .We all spent the afternoon in the pool and then got ready for Seaworld
Gary and me looked at the map. We knew exactly where we were going and how to get to Seaworld. We got totally lost it took us over 1and a half hours to get there. We saw Universal, and saw signs for Wet and Wild. We were on the John Young Parkway and went past Walmart .We were heading towards Fat towers. Gary saw Seaworld a couple of times in the distance but we couldnt get there, I saw a sign for 417 south and knew that was the way home . We decided to give it up as a bad job. We paid the dollar toll then saw that junction 6 was sign posted for International Drive so followed the signs. We found it at last and got there at 7pm. I was going to try to use Daves silver passport for free parking but it was free anyway. Got parked in the preferred parking near the entrance. We walked in as most people were coming out and picked up a park map. Pets Ahoy started at 7.15 so we headed there. Clyde and Seamore were on at 8 so me and Julie went there next while Gary went on Atlantis and Kraken twice. We met up with him at 9pm at Shamu Rocks. After it finished we had to rush to the waterfront over the bridge for the fireworks. They were closing the bridge in 10 mins so it saved walking all the way round. We waited half an hour for them to start, they were ok but we wouldnt wait again. We only went because they are never on when we go in March. Me and Julie got eaten alive but for some reason Gary got no bites. Managed to find our way home with no problems but it was still after 11. We had meatball subs in the foodcourt which were very nice and we hadnt tried them before but we would have them again. We set Mickey wake up call for 6.40am to do MK EE then went to sleep.
