Here we go!! We drove down the day before me(28) husband(30) and son(5) for our first Disney Cruise and we were so excited. It was a six hour drive and I sure am glad we had a dvd player it made the drive even better

When we were coming in to Port Canaveral we got to see the Magic in dock. She was a pretty site to see.

We stayed at the Country Inn and Suites and it was very nice and clean. We got upgraded from a king room to a family suite and it was nice. We enjoyed supper and sites at Grill's and the food was wonderful. We watched the Magic leave out while we were dinning and that was so much fun.

Well it is off to bed for I have to be at work at 4am. More to come Day 1 boarding the Wonder.

yeah I just have been working 10 and 12 hours a day since we got back. We had someone to quit where I work at and all I have time to do is work, eat and sleep. So I will try and post more tommrow.

I understand completely!! I keep telling myself that I want to start a TR, but everytime I get ready to start one, something else happens and overrides my plans. Maybe one day soon when things slow down a bit

okay lets see if I still remember all the fun we had on our 1st Disney Cruise!!!

We got up that Sunday morning real early and got dressed and go our bags ready. We went and ate breakfast at Mcdonald's since my husband didn't like any of the food downstairs.

When we got done with breakfast it was still to early to get to the boat so we went down to RonJon's and did a little shopping. We finaly head back to the room and got our bags because I wanted to be the first one at the port. It was 9:50am and when we got there to my surprise I was about the 200th person there. My husband dropped me and my little boy off so we could the process for fun started. We got in line got our bags checked and got paperwork done and we got a #3 boarding pass I was so excited I wished it would have been 2 but 3 was good enough for me since it was our first cruise. We went and signed our son up for the kids club and when we rounded the corner my little boy's eyes grew very large he was excited to see goofy.

So all we had to do was wait and take some pictures of the terminal.

Well it is now 11:30 and the are making announcments for 1's to board then 2 and yes then 3. So we were on board by 12:00pm. When we got aboard they told us to head to Parrot's Cay for lunch and so we did. The food was great and my little boy enjoyed the Mac and Cheese

. And after we were done with lunch it was off to the pool for our little boy.

This is a little update I will try my hardest to post more tommrow. I hope to have the report done by Sunday.

We will be going on our first Disney Cruise in Nov.Well my Husband a two sons went in 03 so they are CC members. I heard that because of that they will get lanyards to wear. I was hoping to be able to buy one for myself also since im not a CC member.

I see in the picture that your son is wearing one. You said this was your first cruise right? Did you buy is somewhere? I would love to get somefor my family. Thanks

We had dinner at Parrot's Cay that night and I can't tell you much about it because we were unable to eat our food due to the rocking of the boat. We had to leave so we went back to the room for a few and waited for the tree lighting and it was wonderful so magical. After the Tree lighting we went up to deck 9 for some pizza. Then it was off to bed so we could be up early to watch us pull into Nassau.
