The Weekend Grind ~ 8/17 - 8/18 2013

Hello weekend!!

Prayers and pixie dust to all in need..

Let's see today:

call BFF from home to check on accident from last night
head out to see DS17's soccer jamboree
DD to go down and see DS12's football scrimmage (only game she will see all season)
after DS17's game hustle to next town to see DS12's scrimmage if we have time (been given 3 different times for play... ERRRR... I'm a planner people..work with me!! I do have more than one kid!)
home

discuss with DH how the quilts go together to explain to MIL what I want (I know she will do what is right...but I want them done just like the one I did last year).


Sunday:

finish up if not already done
send DH off to see MIL
relax and movie day with the kids -- first full week of school on Monday


I'm sure there are a few more things I will add to my list but these are the "have to do" items..

Happy weekend! DS is coming home today! Almost 3 full weeks out of state, I can't wait to see him!

Clean up guest room, garage and kitchen, maybe a load of laundry. I have been informed that I have to play with the sandbox, o I will be doing that! I wish someone would say I have to play with paper and pictures, but nope! Today it is sand!

Not sure what up for tomorrow, DH works this weekend so pretty low key. Last vacation before back to school starts Friday! Woohoo to vacation, YUCK to school! I am trying not to think about that yet! I dread September, it is my least favorite month for many reasons, made worse once the kiddos reached school age!

Morning -

Got the laundry going...working on photos to print for scrapping, need to clip coupons and work on a grocery list here shortly.

Finally seem to be getting back in the groove after returning from vaca and recovering from an ear infection. If my ear would just CLEAR I would be happier, guess I just it to run its course, sigh!

we helped our friends yesterday with some packing for the move to their new house hopefully next weekend!

Megan spent the night Friday night there and I got some scrapbooking done while she was gone and some today!
