The Weekend Grind ~ 6/8 - 6/9

Happy Weekend!

hope everyone is doing okay with all the rain in the NE...stay safe

today:
clean house

work on wedding gift for dance teacher
Megan's bff is spending the night, so I will be doing a bunch of scrapping tonight!!!

tomorrow:
helping choir teacher finish up props/costumes for Monday's concert
pack up box going to BeLikeBrit
more scrapping
watch the Tony's

P & PD to anyone in need

for the weekend!

Been a busy morning, cleaned kitchen and bath. Delegated dusting vacuuming and floor washing to the kids. It will be done by tomorrow evening or else! DH has his list also, although he was already started on it when I gave it to him. Scrap papers have been put away and tidied.

Left for today:

vacuum my room
cut pieces for Club Cool pages for Epcot swap
dinner?

Tomorrow
menu, list and grocery shop
ironing
hope the weather clears and maybe an outdoor activity with the family

Working my way through the huge list (mostly small tasks) that MUST be finished by tomorrow night. Gotta make sure DH know where all the paperwork (insurance, bills, etc) are before I head to the hospital.

Sorry this is the first time I was able to get on the net today...

We finished the west wall with vinyl siding today.. we took off the aluminum from the east wall.. we have the new insulation on the east wall so we can get at least 1/2 of the vinyl siding done tomorrow... (the top w/ the angles take a little bit but this wall has no vents so no extra cuts just the angles)... I'd love to get it all done tomorrow but we will have to see...

Annie was in Florida as of 4pm today... she should be settling in at WDW by now I would think...but I haven't heard from her yet..

got a lot of scrapping done today! finished DLR dance trip, caught up on all of Megan's dance and choir events! just have whats on my camera to upload after school's out!

girls are being silly...and eating yet again I'm off to bed soon, hope they don't stay up too late!

Megan is already up, said they went to sleep about 11:00....when Karlee's up will make some pancakes and then we are off to school to finish putting costumes together for tomorrow's concert!

Chatted w/ Annie today.. they got settled last night and enjoyed themselves.. Got an extra day at MK today... They are having a blast!!!


We finished the east wall w/ new vinyl siding today!! PJ and the boys helped their dad when I could not climb any higher.. and when DHs legs started getting a little wobbly PJ took over and hung the last 2 pieces by herself about 20' off the ground.. She is a one that will NOT let her dad tell her she can't do it! She did it!! I got photos to prove it!!

So, left to do is 3 windows in the back over the next 2 months and we will vinyl side the back Labor Day weekend!!! Then we will take a month off before we tackle DS12's bedroom.. Yipee!!

My goal is to get my dining room/kitchen done before graduation!!

Going to clean tomorrow and do laundry so I can scrap the rest of the week..

we got done at school about 4 and went out for Mexican with Karlee and her mom! got 95% of the work done!!! I'm going to be heading out early tomorrow morning at 7am to help finish up the rest of the stuff during Megan's jazz choir class and get all the props in the appropriate places for the show, we have plastic bags for each kid with all their things in it, they are going to look amazing, just hope their singing will be as good!

will check in later tomorrow after I get back from the morning shift!

Made it back to A of A and went for a swim in the big blue pool with the kids, then pool hopped to see the other two pools. This resort is pretty cool I must say. We had a nice time at epcot. HS tomorrow. I got the photo pass + this trip and have taken a lot less pictures than normal on my own?? Weird for me.
