The Weekend Grind ~ 5/25 -5/27 (3-day weekend!!)

I hate waiting too. 179 days for me

DH and I went grocery shopping. We're all going out for lunch later. Fun way to spend our anniversary.

It's chilly here, but not actively raining right now. Supposed to be much warmer tomorrow.

We picked up a movie, and I need to make some cookies for the bake sale too. I've got a freezer full of ice pops, so those will be going too. Hope they sell!

I'm up and moving.... did a slow crawl to get started today..... DH and I had to run to J's for more paper for the Senior boys' soccer team decoration... I'm making them a varisty letter w/ a soccer ball that will have their name and numbers on it...

PJ is going to be gluing these things for hours! LOL

It's cool here but not too bad. So far no rain.. I hope it stays away so we can get the Indy 500underway and get people out of town tomorrow~! LOL

Ok, time to get my cricut moving! Poor guy will be working OT again today!

I got everything packed (including my shampoo & make up)
got Richard home - maybe I should try getting a pic of Richard on the couch with luggage - be better if I could get both boys with it

6 more hours until I can go get Richard
got the car packed
except for one bag - it has the laptop & dvd players in it so it is always the last to go in
gps is programed
I cleaned the laptop off-out - got all old pics & files off
used the "Zappit" program to clear the memory out good - gotta have room for all of the pics I'm going to take

now what can I do for the day??
besides take car to car wash
go out to eat with James

Once over house... I have to come home to a clean house... my kids and DH laugh at me!!! But the last thing I want to do is clean the house when I return home!

since we have seizure meds - those got packed first (brought advil & other meds to fill the bag) all in my make-up bag from when I got out of High school - some gifts stand up for along time

just home from lunch and some shopping! finally went to a store to get my feet sized up and found out why I have such pain when I'm on them too much....needed arch supports, cost some $$ but wow my free feel so much better already!

We just got home from a busy lake weekend. We leave on Saturday for the cruise. Then Thursday we should be getting picked by a limo at port to take us to WDW (kids still don't know). We want the limo to be the first surprise and they will think we are going to the airport. Then somehow we have to come up with a way to surprise the kids mid or late limo ride that we aren't actually going home. Still undecided how to do it. Any brilliant last minute ideas???

how fun! how about slipping the limo driver an envelope with the surprise of going to WDW in it...and have him give it to the kids once you are in the car???
