The Weekend Grind ~ 4/27/13 - 4/28/13

It is supposed to a nice one here!

Prayers and pixie dust to all those in need.

Today:
1 hour outdoor clean up

make tomato sauce and dough for dinner
finish and print layout descriptions for AK swap
bag and tag same
pick sketches for MAW swap
dinner espelles(fried dough with cheese and tomato sauce)

Tomorrow
menu, list and grocery store
gas
1 hour outdoor cleanup
once over house
ironing

Let's see.. not a lot on the schedule in the way of events except soccer games/photos.


So, today:

DH and DS12 out to get van oil change done & stop by HL to grab an album to match the other ones for our 2008 Disney trip (3 books - 3 ring strong!)
DS12 to paint his poster board so it can dry today
DS12 to collect information and write his area of interest section of project today
DS12 to verify his bibliography paper is complete in case he uses a new book or website today to collect info.
DS12 to print both area of interest and bibliography pages
DS12 to pull all papers and staple them (I have a set we keep at home because his teacher is notorious for losing papers and attempting to give the kids an "F" when she had the papers because they were turned in- I know accidents happen so I stay ahead of the game.)
DS16 to study for an hour for SAT (2 - 30 minute blocks)
finish digital album of senior photos
finish putting 2008 Disney vacation into album (I had forgotten some of the layouts and I was actually impressed with the way someone of them turned out)
DH and DS12 to soccer photos
DS16 off to get his soccer photos and stay for warm up
meet up w/ DS16 for his game
dinner
movie night


Sunday:

DS12 up and working on project (it's due next 5/7; he is turning it in 5/3)

1. print photos
2. print explanations for photos
3. print fun facts
4. print country info
5. print emblem of country
6. cut title - supervise him with bug and silhouette

photos of DS12 working on project for LO
check on grandma/grandpa they are w/ PJ this weekend and may drop by on the way home
DS16 homework
DS12 game
take DS16 to his game
DH & DS12 to meet us for DS16's game (next town over)
dinner
cut photos & sort the order from this week
set up schedule for next week (full calendar again )

It sounds like a lot but really most of it is for the boys today, I just need to supervise.. so if I type this/print it... I can mark it off the list so nothing is missed...

todays goals are get more files posted in the file share
but I'm checking the files so playing with them some & fixting them
I hated the Mr Smee I had done so I did up a new one for him so I'm about to post Peter Pan files

decided on doing the character files first instead of following the blog

Rachel and I went shopping last night for an entire new spring/summer wardrobe (2-3 sizes smaller)

Today's list:
Load a couple pics to FB
Take giveaway clothes to the car
Rachel to sing at opening of the Light Rail line
Finish AK sketch swap
Sort all the pics I ordered from snapfish in the last couple weeks

I hope everyone's plans are working out well. My mom arrived Thursday night for a visit.

Service
finish prayer cards/bulletins for service
pack for trip
lunch in Lakeland and drive around for mom to see the area- she is trying to decide where in Florida to move
check into Timeshare (mom and I are headed to Orlando for a girl's week)
go to a friend's home for dinner
upload Baptism photos to church facebook page

it is pretty new to me too - haven't learned all of it yet
I did the same thing first time - didn't even know they would let have completely private - I like the idea of anyone with the link over anyone can google it
