Day 11- 23rd Dec/07
We are back to the Studios today. The crowds are noticeably larger although we still manage to do R'N'R Rollercoaster twice (walk-on and fast pass).It broke down just as our fast pass time came up but 1/2 hr later it was back on and they honoured our passes.
We went in to see Ariel (which we had not seen in many years).It was then on to our"standard" visit to the Drawing Academy.
We were supposed to draw Stitch (as suggested by a young boy who was celebrating a birthday).The instructor put it to a vote and the vast majority agreed it was preferable to draw Stitch ......as opposed to the usual Mickey,Minnie,Donald)but one woman in her 40's complained so much about how (she didn't like Stitch),the instructor then decided to draw Pluto (I can't believe the behaviour of some adults).
After the drawing we wandered through the park and went to see Muppets 3D then through the shops to the car park.
On the tram taking us to the car park we saw the Sheriff arresting a teen dressed in a black hoodie (in handcuffs).Not sure what micheif he was up to.
We stopped at the Walmart on 535 to get DW new running shoes as DH explained she could not arrive at Buffalo Airport in December wearing open toed Crocs. Back to the hotel for lunch and a swim
followed by a drive out to the new Publix on US27 which is very nice (large selection of British food.....so we got a few chocolate bars as a treat). Once back at the hotel DW throws out her $60 Adidas and is happy wearing her $11 No-Name runners from Walmart ! :d:
