I will never understand why people who dislike working with other people get a job at Disneyland. If ever there is a job that you need to be onstage and in character it's there, no matter whether you work in food services, a store or whatever.

I don't know. Its so disappointing. I feel upset when they are like that because I bet there are other people who would like to work there that would have a better attitude towards customers. Also, because I am a waitress and have been for 5 years, the customer is always right. PERIOD.

We did get her a drink! She had a raspberry mojito and I SOOO wanted to join her, but I was driving home. She calls me a lightweight, but she only finished half her drink. What a NOOOOB. It was funny !

How cool that you guys are going to see it together for the first time. Let me know how it is in there. I'm not a big fan, but if its worth it to see, I'd DEFINITELY go !

I totally missed the part about the raspberry mojito! LOL YUM!!!!!!! I'll be taking pics and I'll be sure to share them with you! I know the girls are going to FREAK when we take them that weekend. They don't know yet...I'm still hotel hunting because the HoJo doesn't have the Ent Rate the whole weekend, just for part of it. We are going to try to get into our timeshare tho, hopefully that works for us!

Are you SERIOUS???? My birthday IS Mem. Day this year so we are going back then! LOL Only for a few days, going to the parks Monday and Tuesday, maybe Wednesday but I'm not sure yet...OMG, how cool would that be!!!!!

Well and Disney with their "Be Our Guest" moto the employees really need to be more patient and nicer. I worked for years with the public and waitress is about the only job I didn't do. I think that has got to be one of the hardest jobs there is. You have to deal with so many different types of people and if there is alcohol oh my. I used to occasionally do cocktail waitressing when they were short handed at the bowling alley I worked at years ago. Oh my.

I am kind of "researching" a trip near the end of April. I want nothing more than going. It is right before my Hubby and my birthdays and he has to work over our birthdays so I think this would be better.

That was actually a triumphant gloating pic! Usually I'm just about the one who is the wettest after we get off that ride, so that was a sort of "laugh at the face of Splash Mountain" kind of pic.

...But I'm kind of a believer in karma, so I'm pretty sure next time we get on that ride, I'm a goner.

Ooo ! You should sooo do it. In fact, if you wait maybe a week or two, you MIGHT get a deal from Circuit City since they are going out of business. Either that, or you'll find a better deal online!

Thanks! I had a feeling it was a D40! My Mom and I went to Target today to get a Wii Fit and I was looking at the cameras and they had a D40 for $499. There's a Circuit City right down the street from my house. I know everything they're getting rid of is until sometime in March. I'm going to go check it out and see if they have a real good discount or not.

Woo! Since we're not going back to DLR til May that will give me time to save to get a camera before then! Yayayay!

It will be all of us. Loren will be green when you go. He tries so hard to be cool but he loves Disneyland. When we were talking about it last he was thrilled.

They have an awesome deal on packages with different lenses and everything on ebay. But I'm a little iffy. Sounds too good to be true.

I got mine at Circuit City. Yeah, I saw the 10% off and was put off by it. Thats ridiculous. Maybe you can hold off for a while until the discount is better and maybe you can get a deal. I don't know about ebay. I always try to stay away from there just because I'm worried I'll get ripped off for the expensive stuff.

Hey Everyone !

SO its COMPLETELY unofficial, but I think I'm going to DLR for my birthday (May 16th). We MIGHT do 16-17th. It depends on how things pan out. I start school tomorrow, so there's definitely no planning until I get a hold of how my school shedule/homework schedule will affect the trip because my birthday ALWAYS falls either the week before finals or on finals week. BLEH. I am excited though that I am going for my birthday!
