The Wave signature dinner F&W 2009

Since everyone is gearing up for the this years F&W festival. I thought I would post some pics from this event last year. The featured ingredient, YES, "corn". The wines were all south african. Both the corn farmers and the wine sommelier (well she was really the distributer for south african wines here on the east coast)were present at this dinner. The wines flowed and the dinner was excellent. We were also treated to a gift box of 2 wine glasses and two bottles of south african wine to take home, EACH. The pics I didnt have time to take were of the early cocktail hour. We were served 3 different types of Hors d'œuvres. Enjoy the pics!
