There is an Eggs Benedict dish on the regular menu, but I was curious to know if these are served on the breakfast buffet, as well?

I wouldn't trust a benedict on a buffet, personally. HOT or NOOOOOO are the extremes of benedict deliciousness, and buffet will have limited duration for HOT, and extended duration of NOOOOO.

Some buffets allow people to order freshly made omelettes, eggs benedict, etc. from the kitchen. Does anyone know if this is applicable at the Wave, or if anyone has been there for breakfast, that they would be on or included in the buffet? Thanks in advance.

I have been offered that at the Wave, though mainly I've asked for the Tillamook cheddar grits to be made for me without the bacon. :)

Yes, the eggs benedict w/key lime hollandaise was on the buffet when we ate there 2 weeks ago. It is a very good buffet. There was no make your own station. The sweet potato pancakes are delicious. The egg white fritatta was very good but I found it to be slightly dense.

Perfect. Thank you!

The Eggs Benedict on the buffet were soggy. Not crisp like the ones that I got off the menu. I've had both and will never get them on the buffet again.
