As of right now, my wife and I have a 6:30 ADR for The Wave before we do Pirates & Pals Fireworks Voyage. If the P&P is called for 8:00, this should give us more than enough time, right? It is just the 2 of us.
That should be ok. We ate at the Wave before our P&P. I think our reservation was 2 hours prior to start time and we had plenty of time to get to check-in.
It shouldn't be a problem. If you feel like you're pushing it, you can always tell your server at the beginning of the meal and they can help manage your timing.
Also, no need to get dessert right before Pirates and Pals as the pre-cruise activity has plenty of snacks and sweets to enjoy.
You should be fine. The Wave is typically not crowded. Not sure why, as the food is very good. I think its just a little off the beaten path and it gives off an air of stuffiness to look at it from the outside, but this place is a hidden gem IMO

Best plan for P & P is to arrive 1:30 mins before fireworks scheduled time. Still gives you 15 mins for check in, but no need to rush dinner. So if 10 pm fireworks arrive by 8:30, if 9:30 FW arrive by 8:00, etc.
