Donald Duck Favorites
1:00 & 4:00pm in the Theater (daily except Tuesdays and January 22nd)
Donald Duck made his debut in 1934 and had starred in 128 Donald Duck cartoons by 1961. Join us for a screening of some of our favorites, including, Mr. Duck Steps Out, Donalds Dilemma, Slide Donald Slide, and Donalds Diary.

From the Mouth of the Duck: Designing a Voice with Tony Anselmo
3:00pm in the Theater
Tony Anselmo, Disney Legend, animator, and voiceover artist, will discuss his start at the Walt Disney Studio, his friendship with Clarence Ducky Nash, and how he carried on the legacy of voicing one of the most popular animated characters of all time. A quacking, squawking, and talking demonstration will be included in this program.
Look Closer: The Donald Duck Doll
3:00pm on Friday January 28, Saturday January 29, & Sunday January 30
Would you like to learn more about our artifacts in the galleries? Our Look Closer series gives you the opportunity to learn little known facts and information not on the gallery label. Our Museum Interpreters will talk about the Donald Duck Doll located in Gallery 3.
Disney Discoveries: Create a Donald Duck Comic Book
Saturday January 8, Sunday January 16
1:00pm - 3:00pm in Learning Center Art Studio
Disney Discoveries is a drop in family actvity that will inspire the hidden artist in you and shed light on the life and work of Walt Disney. The comic books in our galleries will be your inspiration as you create your very own Donald Duck comic book.
Saturday January 15
Voice-over Workshop
1:00pm - 3:00pm in Learning Center Media Studio
Find the voices within you in this interactive workshop in our Media Studio. You will learn about the voice-over industry and have the chance to step up to the mic yourself, speak in different dialects, and breathe life into a character. Very limited availabilty; for ages 18 and over. Registration required. Email education@wdfmuseum.org or call 415.345.6814
