The Walt Disney Company takes full ownership of Disneyland Paris

As someone who knows very little about these types of things, can someone ELI5 (explain like I'm 5) the implications that this could mean? What does The Walt Disney Company having full ownership of the park indicate? They can do what they see fit without having to get any kind of approval?

Well the partnership didn't exactly work out. Disney having full ownership gives them total control of the resort. Before they have different parties in which they would have to go through.

They are finishing up their massive refurbishment project and then the future is endless for what will happen next.

At last, now the work begins, the studios are an insult to walt disney, disneyland parc on the other hand is a bit special, the prettiest park ive been in, ive done wdw and disneyland cal.

If Studios gets that Marvel land that was rumored a little while ago I'd start planning a return trip. That park needs some major help.
