Are there still any low prices for suites in early-mid December? All the links I've clicked only show deluxe rooms now. We really need a refrigerator.

Also, does anyone know how Hilton Gold members get treated at the Hilton Bonnet Creek?
I plugged-in December 10-15 on the WA website reservation page, and it shows plenty of king suites available for both room-only and package bookings.

You're welcome, shamrock30.

Let us know if you end up booking - we'd love a TR!

We stayed in room 1021 and could see the tower of terror, Epcot landmark and view of pool from our room. We didn't check out the fireworks at night since we stayed late in the parks.

The breakfast buffet at the Harvest Bistro is very good. Fresh fruit, oatmeal was good, nice selection of bread and cheeses. enough items to please the kids. But I didn't care for their coffee. Some very good options for vegetarians for breakfast. However not enough choices for lunch or dinner. We didn't try any of the other restaurants. Room service was efficient.

The bus service to parks was excellent. The bus was very comfortable and always on time per the schedule provided.

My kids loved the pool. The kiddie pool was sufficient for 3yr old and 8 yr old enjoyed the lazy river. We didn't try the water slide. We requested a late checkout of 1pm and were accomodated. Overall, very nice hotel with great service. Staff was eager to please. I hope it remains that way for our next visit sometime in 2010.

I would love to know more info on the bus. Where did they drop you off, were there dedicated buses for each park, how often did they run.
Thanks :)

MS Mouse, Hilton guests are picked up at a "station" outside the hotel. I am not good with distances but my guess is its about 20-25 feet from the front entrance of the hotel. There is a covered waiting area. The WA guests are picked up right outside the front door.

We only went to MK and Downtown Disney using the bus. For MK - the bus drops you at the TTC, for DTD - it drops you off at the parking lot next to the Cirque Du Soleil building. Its parking lot O-P-Q on DTD Map. Per the driver, Epcot, DHS and AK guests are dropped off at the park's parking lot by the bus stops.

There are 2 buses. 1 is dedicated to MK & AK. The other is for DHS & Epcot.

Buses run to MK more frequently, every 30 mins. It works out for Epcot since you can take monorail from TTC. The DHS & Epcot bus runs every hour. DTD pickup times were every 4 hours. They do not cover special events such as MVMCP and the last pick up from park is 50 mins after closing. We took taxi from DTD one day and MK one night. Both times it was under $20 with tip. They also have towncar service available outside hotel if needed.

We just booked a 7 night stay at the Hilton, and I have been searching for a while, but just can't find the answer to this question....

Does anyone know if the zero entry pool has sand at the entry? I know, random question, but anyone??

Thank you!!!

No sand at the Waldorf zero entry. I am not sure about the Hilton zero entry.

These look very inviting!

Do either run a free shuttle to Sea World/Aquatica?

Only the four disney parks and maybe Downtown disney as I remember.

This location is extrememly close to DD, Epcot and HS.

Take a cab and it would cost way under $10.

We had a car and did valet, after using the bus the first day. Too many stops for my liking, and I am used to staying at BWV. It took way longer on certain routes than the extra stops at BCV and the dolphin.

We just returned from a 3 night stay...had a king suite with a Disney view...Bull& Bear was incredible...Oscars was yummy...Peacock Alley was fun and relaxing...I can't give the spa the credit it deserves...I had a facial and a pedicure and would have happily stayed for a full day of treatments...there were a few tiny issues that I won't even mention because overall our stay was just outstanding...I can't wait to go back! :goodvibes

Thanks for letting us know that you had a nice 3-night stay in the king suite. It sounds like the WA is where you would stay on your next trip to WDW?

I updated the 1st page today and I added some new links:

~The menus for the restaurants at the WA and HBC.

~The transportation schedule to/from WDW.

~The spa offerings/prices.

I missed that there is negotiations on this topic. I guess this would be at the Hilton? There is not enough room for this to work at the Waldorf as they really did not plan very well for access for really big busses.
