Anyone else into the thirty's and as antsy as I am? Even with Chirstmas coming fast and everything we do with our church and three kids, I can't get the impending trip from my mind. MICKEY YOU HAVE TAKEN OVER.... :D

Hey, I'm in the 50's (51 days! yay!) and I am that antsy. I have no Christmas spirit because all I can think of is Disney!

Maybe we need a support group? Oh that's right, we have one already - it's the DIS! Haha. :earboy2: :earboy2: :earboy2: :earboy2:

Hang in there, it'll start going by faster now. I remember feeling exactly that way at around the 30-day mark; so close and yet still so far. And now look at my countdown! :jumping1:

I'm in the 20's and you're right, even with Christmas coming I just can't wait to leave. Work has been taxing lately and I REALLY need a break. I know my count down says 21 days, but the count down I really use says only 4 more work days (Yeah!!!). Because of winter break (work for a community college, and some extra vacation days I took, I'll be out of work for a little over a month and at disney for 13 days. Can you see why a can't wait now. ;)

I find I am decorating less so I will have less to take down! It is so cold and snowing outside right now so I will look forward to the sunshine and warmer than 20 degree weather!

We leave this Saturday but I'm off work at noon on Thursday. The last two days are the longest days EVER.

DH took this week off as well so it doesn't help that I'm the only one going to work this week!

Me too! January 21 seems like so long from now, but it really isn't. I was hoping with all the Christmas stuff going on that I would be able to pass the time quicker, not happening! Snow here isn't helping either. I'm sure looking forward to some sunshine and no white stuff on the ground.

I have 52 days left. I can't wait for Christmas to be over. I can't wait to take my tree down, because it means I'm closer to getting to the mouse. I have cut the Christmas list, too. I only want to shop for Disney stuff. My DS2 is very excited. I tried putting time in perspective for him, I told him we were going to see Mickey after Santa Clause passes. I think I may have made a mistake. I hope he doesn't open all of his presents on Christmas morning and think we're leaving that day. Oh no, I've created a little Mickey Monster. :earboy2:

The thirty day mark is a long one, and the last week seems to creep by!

:jumping1:

But I'm trying to enjoy the anticipation, since when we return the coutdown clock starts over at over 700 days again. :crazy2:

WAhhhhhhh! Just changed my dates to a week later! Now I have to wait even longer! The anguish....the anticipation! Argggggg!

I thought I was the only one suffering from the Disney illness. I want to start packing now. :flower1: :flower1: :flower1:

The anticipation is killing me as well! I have Disney on the brain constantly and I think I'm driving my co-workers nuts talking about it! January 19th seems so far away. I wish I could fall asleep tonight and wake up at Disney tomorrow.

For us, I think Xmas is diverting us from thinking too much about our January trip (less than a month away now), but come New Years eve, I think we'll start feeling rushed with preparations. So nice that it's coming up so soon.

I'm in the 50's too (59 I believe), but I'm just so excited. I can't get excited about Christmas at all, because my family always used to go at Christmas. Everytime I think about Christmas I think about Disney, and how much longer I have to wait.... It's sad when I live in Canada that Christmas to me just doesn't see right without palm trees, warm weather & Mickey Mouse....

Hey Scoutsmom99

I was looking at your tag, did you see that Disney has announced that Dumbo will be down the later part of January, I had to tell my DD6 that she would not be able to ride it along with CRT is closed for the time we are there also.

We can't wait. Helped parents plan a trip yesterday 1/6-1/9 at POFQ. Then they will be heading to our house to keep kids when we go for our 10 year anniversay.(We will be taking DS 6 and DS 1 back in May) Hope you have a wonderful Christmas and hope to meet you and your family at WL. Untill then watch out World here we come. :flower1: :flower1: :flower1: :flower1: :flower1:

Try having your count down look like this,,,,
