Again, super happy it’s happening and they are being somewhat transparent …. But why did AKV get all new countertops when we got resealed ones? I don’t think my appliances were new.

I’m not 100% on it. I was in a studio a couple weeks after they finished and the microwave didn’t look new, but it may have been new just not a very updated style. For sure there wasn’t a keurig.

Our wobbly fridge in our studio definitely didn't look new. I didn't use the microwave so didn't really pay attention to it.

Guessing like with a car..The frig would have the interior manufacturer label showing age.
