If only the lobby was as empty in reality as in the Yule log video. I was taken aback by the crowded lobby this time - it was much worse than my prior trip in 2019. Not sure if the rain was the cause or that's just how it's going to be from now on.

At least the smaller lobby space on the third floor (and second?) was much more relaxing.
