Do you happen to know if 25 is still the minimum for an add on or did they up it to 50?

I did hear they recently ROFRd a VGC contract… maybe it’s not safe any more

I really wouldn’t mind having an extra 25 points.. I have a February use year as well

I don’t think it really matters what use year they are, does it… I was kind of under the impression that once Disney got the points they could divide them up however they wanted and sell them under whatever use year they wanted.

I do know that small contract points don’t pop up on the resell market very often… especially in the you share that you want

An advantage of having a Hawaii based guide…. they are in the office a lot later….

I am in the same boat. I thought in the last few years that after exercising ROFR they could then be sold as any use year.
Perhaps that was just the FL resorts?

The ability to get a small contract is the only reason I would buy VGC directly from Disney. 80 points or more I would get on the resale market. I wouldn’t buy VGC to stay anywhere other than VGC so restrictions don’t bother me.

I am not a guide….. so I do not know the answer to your question of if they would sell less than the 38 points available. I will restate that is not a question I would ask a guide if they called offering me VGC direct points, I am just grateful they keep me on their direct point call sheet.

I purchased some direct DEC UY last year and I also found out about some additional points through friends on DIS but could not acquire them because they could not make them a DEC UY so I had to pass.

They may not have 2024 points and so they can only be in a UY that would not be entitled to 2024 points, and right now that would only be Feb.

Anyone gonna go grab those resale contracts for only $215 a point? I would if I needed that many points. Ha! Which I could get that PP price on a smaller contract.
