I just saw that Season 1 is being released on 8/31...anyone hear of a deal for it out there?

So far, the cheapest I've seen the DVD listed for is $34.19 at Barnes & Noble's website.

So excited for the new season to start. I am bummed though because I have a class on thursday night but hopefully with my school only 5 mins away and class ending at 7:50 I will make it in time. If not there is always my DVR.

I told my mom that I am going to get the DVD tuesday and she said I could wait and just put it on my Christmas list, I looked at her like she was crazy. I need my Damon and Stefan fix.

The two finalist were actually Damon Salvatore and Edward Cullen. It was a tight race but Damon won.

Tonight's episode was amazing. There were so many twists and turns I could not keep them all straight. Looks like it is going to be an amazing season.

Was there any mention last season about vampire blood curing people? I figure that they got that this season from Alan Ball.

Very interesting episode. Man, you never know who they might decide to kill off.

I especially liked the fight between Katherine and Bonnie. Bonnie rocks!
