Using the automated system, it didnt ask for a credit card hold, now im worried it didn't work

well they are on to us... called them and would NOT transfer me only offered me the wdw dine number! ugh!!!!!

Yessss! Thank you for this number! I had called over 200 times since they opened without getting thru....called this and got the day we wanted in 2 minutes!

OMG. So I took the chance and hung up on my 60+ min wait to take a chance at the automated system and I just got my reservation!!!!! I am so excited. I thought it was a stupid move there for a moment but I am so happy it paid off!

Its now listed under my other dining ressies on the WDW website, i feel a little better now!! Should i try to call back later or tomorrow and verify since it didnt ask for a cc hold?

We have an ADR for 12/4 @ 4:45 for a party of 4!

We are going to be there at the same time! I got 12/4 at 4:20pm party of 3. Congrats on your ADR! See you there!

I got through on one of the many numbers I called - I don't know which one I was dialing so many. Used the automated services and got a confirmation number.. Dec 10 for a party of 13.

I did not get a confirmation email nor am I able to see this in my other dining reservations...can anybody else see this online with their other reservations or will it not show up until Aug 22 when BOG goes online

I was able to pull it up by confirmation number and phone number. I had to click on "find dining reservation" under "my reservations".

Called DisneyStore.com (as previous poster had recommended ) and the helpful CM transferred me. I was on hold for about 30 seconds before I got connected to another CM who gave me my first choice!
Tuesday, Jan 8th, 5:30 pm!!!

Was able to see my reservation online using the Conf # and phone #. Since I talked to an agent, I DID have to give a cc for the ADR.

I got my adr this morning at 8am after trying to call for an hour. I used the automated system and it was a breeze! Dec 14th!!!!!!

Got through by dialing disneystore.com and only took five minutes with an agent. Got the date I wanted, Nov 26 at 4:50. After 1:45 with a busy signal! So excited!

For anyone still getting busy signals, pls try the 407-939-7675 number that was posted. After trying for an hour on the reguar dine number, got through after maybe 10 times. Just say dining when asked what you are calling about. Went right to the automated system and was very easy.

I got the date I wanted within 10 mins of the time I wanted. For anyone trying for 11/19...there was no availability. I was thinking of going 2x during our stay and tried that date. Not sure I wanted the craziness of the 1st preview day anyway.

Got mine by calling 7675 the dine number never worked for me they also didn't ask for credit card but I check it online and it's there so I will call back later to add my credit card just in case

We're going to do the same thing, either later today or tomorrow.

But not now... TOO crazy!

There is no more availability for Nov 25th but I was able to get Nov 24th and 28th with no problems!

Sorry the DisAbilities line isn't working anymore, the CM who answered thought it was odd I wanted to be transferred but I was sent straight to an agent. Pixie Dust to everyone!

Thank you!!! I got through in 1 minute this way! Unfortunately, last week of November and first week of December is mostly full. I did get one! Now I have to rearrange all my ADR's. Bleah.
