Most Disney restaurants start their dinner seating at 4:00 p.m.

I just emailed the BC IPO to remind them of our request on the 27th. I know that they already had it and would remember but I really want to know if they can get this ADR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE have LTT reserved for the Christmas PArty but if would be so much fun to dine in the new Castle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just read on Touring Plans WDW Chat, that you will be able to start making reservations for Be Our Guest by phone starting at noon Aug 20th and online reservations will be available Aug 22nd.

"Also this location will participate in the Tables in Wonderland program. It's one quick-service entitlement for lunch and one table-service for dinner.& credit card will be required for the hold when making resv."

"Guests will not be able to note a dining room preference at the resturant when making reservations, they can inquire at the podium when they check in. Lastly Lumiere will not be at the restaurant, he will instead be nearby assisting Belle with the telling of her story at Enchatned Tales with Belle."

The person reporting is a Disney Dining Reservationist who just got the Advisory sent via email.

THis is going to be an interesting few days. Up at 3:45 Monday, up till 11 PM since we are going to a baseball game Monday night for hubby's birthday. Up at 4AM Tuesday since I have to be at the airport at 5:30AM for my flight to Disneyland. Will probably be up until 11 or later Tuesday night. Up early Wednesday morning as the gals I'm staying with have Early Entry. My flight home lands just short of 11 PM and then I have to drive home Wednesday night. I ought to be a bowl of laughs come Thursday! LOL

I have been watching this thread for so long it is hard to give it up. I might start a thread for those of us going late Oct and early Nov and waiting for possible soft opening opportunities to dine at BoG.

Well, that's just over the top nutty. I'm waiting until at least tomorrow.

I'm really starting to get nervous about this. I was feeling ok with our odds but then keep hearing how only certain rooms will be open for certain meals. And with TS only being at dinner as it is........... I'm thinking this is going to be a really tough get. If everything books up in 5 minutes, I wonder if they'll try to find a way to open the other room or rooms or if there's some logistical limitation for them not having them all open at once.

On the up side, the new batteries for my cordless phones arrived yesterday, so hopefully the phone won't die on me while I'm on hold.......

Remember, the average Disney goer has no clue when this restaurant is opening, let alone when they will be taking reservations. It will only be us from this thread and some travel agents calling. I really don't think it will be that hard to get.

I do wonder if this one will require a credit card hold or not.
