The Unofficial Guide to MRYPPNS' WDW Vacation: TR link is up!

Six days, six days!!!

Sounds like you are making good progress on that list. Mine is actually coming along (finally!) too. I've got about 10 items left, most of which are small and/or cannot be done until the very end.

Great idea on finding a mall to burn off energy. Hopefully you find a nice one with a playground too!

6 days from now we should be at least to Jacksonville Florida....maybe further south depending on how long our stops have been. The kids should be on their second viewing of Toy Story 3 by now if not third :rotfl2: and I should be enjoying watching Big Love on my iPod. Breakfast will probably be bagels and coffee (do they have Dunkin' Donuts south of Va. ???) I have no idea where/what lunch will be.

I have 2 bags packed....still waiting on a few things before I can zip them up. The do to list is getting smaller....mostly stuff that has to wait until the end of the week. I do need to write myself a list by day, I'll feel more organized that way!

Why, yes, Heidi, there are Dunkin' Donuts south of Virginia. I just did a quick search for you, and there are 21 in the Jacksonville area. :thumbsup2

I have started to the daily to do lists as well - it helps! I'm also starting to get to that phase where I get giddy excited in random moments...they derail me when I'm trying to get stuff done!

Look what I just ordered for myself!!!

Great choice on the cake! We ordered the same one for DS's bday last year and it was SO good!!!

Right now 7 Days from today we should be somewhere in Pennsylvania having a dinner break. (We plan to leave NH between noon and 1pm) Don't know where but we are going to try to find a mall so the kids can walk around inside and burn some energy. Dinner will be sandwiches that I pack for DH and me and the kids will have fruit and muffins that I'll bring from home. We're worried about eating greasy food while we are on the road for so long. The kids will have been watching movies and getting small prizes along the way. I will be reading my book/magazine, and watching my iPod. We have a long night ahead of us. I'll probably get to drive somewhere south of Maryland while John tries to nap.

:dance3: Dancing with you! (esp since you're down to 5 DAYS now!!!):dance3:

You're coming right along on your pre-trip to-do list! Sounds like a good dinner/travel plan! I'm jealous that you get to read/watch your iPod while your DH drives. Mine gets annoyed when I do that b/c he wants me to talk to him. :rolleyes1

You sound like me - I am a list maker. Have to have a list for EVERYTHING or I feel like I'll lose my mind and forget it all.

4 Days! Where has time gone???

Let's get caught up with our "this time next week" postings...

We should have arrived at Vistana no later then 7pm, but I'm really hopefully that it's closer to 4pm. If it is, dinner will be at Earl of Sandwich or Campero Pollo (or is it Pollo Campero??). Our other option is the foodcourt at the resort....it will not be that Wendy's that we went to in 2008...talk about ghetto gas stations on Brook's ptr made me remember this place
If I have enough energy that night I need to go to the grocery store...you know you are from the northeast when you are excited to go to a place called Winn-Dixie!!:rotfl2:

Next week Monday will start off with breakfast at the Captain's Grille, then to pick up my birthday cake. Hopefully I was able to go grocery shopping the night before because I'll have to work it in today if I didn't. Our park plan today is Typhoon Lagoon with lunch at the CS there. The evening is DTD for shopping and dinner at WPE or Raglan Rd. It's up in the air right now on how we will handle shopping as Liam can only deal with so much. And dinner will likely be based on him too....although we have a new trick for dinning out. I have downloaded Special Agent OSO to my iPod and we let Liam watch that "before" he's had enough of the restaurant. I got him some kid headphones for Christmas and he's good with wearing them with the iPod.

Tuesday of next week is my birthday! We'll start with breakfast in the room (maybe some more cake!) and head to AK for opening. Lunch will b at Flame Tree BBQ. We have no park plans for the evening or much of any plans at all except for our ADR at Cape May. This is the day that I'm using my non-hopping ticket so we actually can't go to a park this night...but we will have hoppers for the rest of the trip.

On today's to do list is:
Clean Stroller
Pack/organize food that we are taking w/us
Finish state taxes
Do some paperwork for Liam.

Oh and DH told me last night that he isn't taking this Friday off  So Now I have to try to get some things that were on Friday's list done earlier. And we are getting snow and rain on Friday....fun!

I wanted to share my crazy Disney dream from a couple nights ago. It was more of a DIS dream thou. In the dream I was helping someone's DH host a baby shower for his wife. The wife was a DISer and someone I was friends with and we were surprising her. All the guests were DISers. Odd huh?? So I want to know "who's pregnant and where is the shower"? :rotfl2: as it seems I will be helping with it!!!

It's so close!!!:banana: That Friday storm had me nervous for a bit but now that it's getting closer I think it's safe to assume it will stay on Friday, which works out well for both of us. :thumbsup2

Still plenty of time for Friday's weather forecast to improve... good luck with the To Dos... That baby shower had better NOT be for me!! :lmao:

Has anyone seen an advanced copy of the Flower and Garden map for Epcot???

And I got an email from Vistana today (it's not Mickey Mail but it will do) confirming that they got my pre-registration plus pdfs of their activity sheet and map of the resort....very nice!

That is the one I am thinking about ordering for DH's birthday in June so I am really interested in hearing what you think. I, too, will order the vanilla one since DH doesn't like chocolate.

Yeah for only 4 more days!

So what are these state taxes you are talking about?? :confused3 You're making me feel like I'm forgetting to do something...

I got that same email from Vistana a week or so ago... I don't remember them attaching those pdfs last year. It was a nice surprise. :thumbsup2

John works in Mass. so I get the pleasure of filing non-resident taxes.
