I've ordered a Mickey head cake at the Poly. It was good.
We also ordered the slipper dessert and a mini castle cake. They were great, too.

I'm leaning towards the Mickey Head cake from the Boardwalk, so I'm glad to hear that you liked it....still need to call.

Like you said, better the colds go through now! You wouldn't want everyone sniffling all the way down to Florida.

Danica's nose has already cleared up and Liam's is getting better. Plus Liam is learning to blow his nose with a tissue so that is really helpful as I'm sure you can imagine!

Your Walmart spending sounds like my Target spending

Thankfully my Target is a 1/2 hour drive down the highway for me because I tend to by cute un-needed stuff from Target whereas Walmart is mostly needed household items.

I forgot to say something when you mentioned your birthday in the master schedule and how did I miss that...re I didn't know you were going to be there on your birthday. WHAT FUN!

Yup I'll be there for my birthday....that wasn't the original plan thou. I wanted to be there for the kids' birthdays but because of Easter so late this year we couldn't do it....maybe next year!

Your shopping sounds like mine... but I've done way too much of it!! I bought several things at various stores yesterday but made the mistake of going to Walmart for "a couple things" today! I got the boys some cute Star Wars shirts for our DHS/Jedi Training day, a new hat for Alex, a birthday present for DMIL, a new DS game for each of the boys, some Valentine's for all of my Valentines & a bunch of other stuff I probably didn't need!

I meant to comment on your birthday too... I put it on my spreadsheet though. I hope we get to run into you on the 1st. I couldn't think of a better way to spend your birthday.

Somehow I have managed (for the most part) to stop buying stuff for the trip. I'm in my "I'd rather spend it at Disney" mod now. World of Disney here I come!!

11 days today! Most of Danica's clothes for this trip were on sale! (so I won't feel so bad when I buy her cute things at Disney! giggle)

That was kinda our thoughts too - we'll just roll with it, we know what we like and what we want to do, so it's good.

I try to catch the Aero sales for many outfits as they all love them !!Even Kyle is in too more stylish clothes now , he LOVES the HOLEY jeans I got him for his birthday !! We just returned from a ski trip and I used your ingenious idea of putting the diaper and disposable changing pad in a ziploc bag for travel and it was wonderful at the airports! I will be using this idea for my upcoming Disney trip. Thank you for the inspiration!

I was too chicken to order a "designer" cake without knowing what it would look like or taste like.

7 Days until we leave for Disney.....everybody dance now!!!

7 days to go and it can't come sooner! DH has been sick the last couple days, Danica is cutting morals and both kids haven't been sleeping well at night.....I need a nap but it might have to wait 'til next week.

I do seem to be getting a bunch of little stuff done:

Touring cards are printed
Lists are done
Laundry / clothes packing is coming along
DH wrote his to do list ! (either that or I was going to nag him to death! )
Disney rewards cards are in and active
New iPod charger (for the car) has been bought (which caused me to go to Walmart again and buy a power strip and a new DVD for the kids)
More Top Chef episodes have been downloaded
The car has been wiped down (windows and dashboard/doors)

I'm going to try my best to do an update everyday until we leave so please forgive me if I can't reply to everyone.

Right now 7 Days from today we should be somewhere in Pennsylvania having a dinner break. (We plan to leave NH between noon and 1pm) Don't know where but we are going to try to find a mall so the kids can walk around inside and burn some energy. Dinner will be sandwiches that I pack for DH and me and the kids will have fruit and muffins that I'll bring from home. We're worried about eating greasy food while we are on the road for so long. The kids will have been watching movies and getting small prizes along the way. I will be reading my book/magazine, and watching my iPod. We have a long night ahead of us. I'll probably get to drive somewhere south of Maryland while John tries to nap.
