If there is anyone out there that watches The Unit...does anyone know the words to their opening song?? I LOVE it and my DH always laughs at me when I try to sing along with it because I just make up words.
So if anyone can spare my poor DHs sanity, I would love to know what they are actually saying!!

Great show, we watch it every week. It's a shame that it goes up against Criminal Intent because that is one of my fave's also.

I watch it too. I love Dennis Haysbert. Aside from 24, he was in a a great show that unfortunately didn't last long, called Now and Again.

I didn't know until recently that Scott Foley was Jennifer Garner's former husband.

DH really likes it, so we watch it almost every week. I didn't care much for last night's show, to be honest. I watch for the action, and nothing really happened. Sometimes I have a hard time understanding all the dialogue. I don't know if it is lingo I don't understand, the background noise, or the way the actors speak, but I am forever asking DH what someone said. Maybe I need some hearing aids!

Anyway I think the song lyrics are "oooh yeah, ooo yo" - something to that effect. Then again, I can't even understand the dialogue!

I found this on another site, but haven't yet been able to confrim. Sound card on our computer bit the big one, so I can't listen to it to verify the info.

The song is indeed called "Fired Up... Feels Good" and is available on the CD "Run to Cadence with the US Marines Vol 2". Someone else posted that it is a cadence with a song remixed.

If someone has a working sound card can find this one and hear it, they might be able to tell us if this is it or not.

Don't know the lyrics but I do like the show alot. Haven't got to see it much lately because of work but they are DVR'd.

What I was wondering is did they ever name that new little baby? He was nameless last I watched.

I keep telling DH that we will have the same problem if we don't make a decision soon.

count me in as another UNIT fan! i want to get the book that it is based on and read it. I, too, sing along with "Fire up" I can't fast forward through that part...gotta hear it!!
