I'm glad that you'd be interested in a healthy recipes thread! If I decide to go through with it, I may start it this weekend. I don't know if I should post it here on the community board or on the cooking board. The cooking board is the appropriate forum, but the community board gets more traffic. If I do decide to post the thread, I'll make sure to include easy recipes.

Hmmmm, intriguing question. I would post it on the cooking board with a link to it on the community board. Can you do that? Or maybe on the WISH board? Since it's kind of related to weight loss.

I'll be heading back to my place at the end of the month. My parents are going to San Diego and Disneyland (WITHOUT ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) and I have to stay home and take care of the dogs and the bird.

The gas was at the halfway point and we were all getting hungry, so we decided to stop to fill the tank and our stomachs. We got really excited when we saw a rest stop that had gas stations and an............. IN-N-OUT!!!
For those of you who are unfamiliar this this place, In-n-Out is a famous California burger place. In my opinion, they have the BEST hamburgers, cheeseburgers and fries. All the burgers are cooked to order and the fries are made from freshly-cut potatoes. The taste is out of this world. I always get the #2 (cheeseburger, fries and a drink) with no onions. One bite and, "Heaven.........I'm in heaven.........and my heart beats so that I can hardly speak.........and I seem to find the happiness I seek......." After I finished eating, I realized that I had completely forgotten to take a picture of my food. I must share my love of In-n-Out, so here are a couple of borrowed pictures.

Is anyone else drooling on their keyboard besides me? You all need to get your butts to California just so you can try this burger. Seriously.

Tiggerfan, I am soooo drooling! My friend and I went to the In-n-Out right on Hollywood Boulevard after our cruise to the Mexican Riviera this past March. The place was packed, but we managed to get our food and find a seat in a pretty ddecent amount of time. That place ROCKS!

And Honu, I have (what I think is a!) treat for you:

I've sort of had a crush on him for almost 10 years...darn that gorgeous blonde wife of his (who used to date Nick Carter from the Backstreet Boys!). Not sure of any other hot hockey players, but I'm going to be all junior high and do a Google search for "hot NHL players"...this is what I came up with...

For some reason they were on there, but hey, they'll do! Feel better soon!

I'm so glad that you share my love of In-n-Out!! It is the best burger place HANDS DOWN!!! It's almost always really crowded when we go there. When we went there on the way back from San Francisco (yes, we went there twice ), we had to wait a while. It was super crowded when we got there. Our number was 90-something and they were calling out numbers in the 50s!!! It took almost an hour to get our food. It was totally worth the wait though.

Hello ladies!! I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaccccckkkkkkkk! Did you miss me??? Okay, I didn't really go anywhere I've just been insanely busy! Hope everyone is doing well. I've been trying to organize bills and get ready for classes to start next week. I'm about to go bonkers!!

Honu- I'm sorry to hear your news. I'm crossing fingers that they change their mind on the surgery soon!! I love your dogs, they are beautiful! We used to have Shelties when I was younger!

By the way, I'm gone for like a week and this thread is full of more hot guys...I can't let that happen again! My New Year's resolution is to get on here every night even if it's just to drool over the guys....

I saw this guy, Radek Bonk, naked in the shower in San Jose. I was at the district women's hockey tournament, which happened to be at the San Jose Sharks practice rink. He was playing for the Ottawa Senators at the time. They were coming off the rink that I was headed onto to referee a game. Some moron put them in the locker room that shared a bathroom with the female officials. I went in to pee before my game. He game in and used the urinal next to me when I was in the stall, so I was kind of stuck in there. Then he jumped in the shower and I tried to make a break for it. The only thing was the mirror above the sink faced directly into the shower... so I got a full on view of him. He was pretty cute at the time! I said hello to him. He almost fell over when he saw me in there.
