...I USED to have Word, but it somehow got deleted when I had to restore my 'puter [I had 2 worms, a trojan, and 3 viruses! ] but when I tried to restore Microsoft Word, I needed the Product Key Code, which, of course, I didn't have, since it was installed by Best Buy.... so, now I only have Works....

Do you have another computer with word and all the goodies? If so you can transfer it to a flash drive and reinstall it into the computer you have now.
