Well, this is it, the trip of a lifetime...in pictures!
First of all I'll steal a few bits from my PTR to set the scene...
There were a couple of changes to the above, but nothing major. Instead of leaving my car at my Mum's and getting a taxi to the airport, I found a good deal for carparking at the airport so drove there instead. Sarah was told at Christmas as planned, and we told Abi on the morning we were going. To keep up the pretence, we told her that Sarah was going on holiday and that we were just going to the airport to see her off and watch the aeroplanes.
When we had parked at the airport I opened the boot and showed her all of the cases...and explained that she was going to fly as well (but not where too!). Her face just lit up and I'm sure that the folks already up in the air could hear her squeals.
We then sat and had a coffee in the aiport whilst she questioned us continually about where we were going. I don't know how, but somehow we all managed to keep our mouths shut until we were on the 'plane and the seatbelt light had gone off. My mum then pulled out the brochure and sat flicking through it, waiting for Abi to notice it...which took about 0.5 seconds! The reaction truely was magical, I've never EVER seen any child look so happy and excited!

She really was on cloud 9.
Sorry, no photo's up to this point as my camera was hidden in the case - and we haven't sorted out my Mum's yet...
Next installment to follow shortly.

Extra Magic
Neither Sarah nor Abi know about the trip. I'll be telling Sarah at Christmas (well, boxing day - when I see her)
as it's part of her Christmas present from me. We don't plan on telling Abi at all, so hopefully she wont find out
until we pull up outside the Hotel.
