Its 3:00am in the dark morning and the entire Tigger family (Dad, DW and DD) is up and getting ready. Is it me or is the water colder in the early morning? The bags are packed (DD has had hers packed and repacked 300 times or so) and the last minute check of the house has been done. The place is cleaned to within an inch of its life and the lawn mowed 33 times in 2 days. Its time for THE TRIP.

The town car arrives right on time and before we know it we arrive at the airport. The lines are incredible except for those of us who did everything online. We tap in our flight information at the Delta kiosk and off to security in 3 mins we go. This was our first Fast Pass. Now, I know arriving at the airport early is important because of security but now what? SEA-TAC is lacking in Disney things and lacking in most everything at 4:30am. Its too dark to watch the airplanes and walking around is pointless because there is nothing to see. Bored? On a Disney trip? How Un-American!

Finally, boarding is called and we settle down for a short 3 hour flight to DFW and our first stop. Ok, it was 3 hours but seemed like 17 hours...after all the entire Disney company is waiting for us! We land at DFW after a movie, breakfast, 45 thumb fights with the DD (Dad wins 4 whole times) and a short nap (3am is too early!). We get there just in time for a pretzel at Auntie Annies and off to the plane we go. This 3 hour flight only lasts 10 hours and the sunny state of Florida appears below us...uh...wait a minute...its raining...raining in Florida? Isn't Florida the sunshine state?

Tiffany Towncar (thanks Sam) was right there waiting and after picking up the 440 bags we're off to the CBR! The staff at the CBR is wonderful and attentive. We check in and get the building we requested. The magic has started! Aruba, 5501 is our home for the next week. We make our way to the food court (haven't had real food since 3 in the AM) and devour then entire menu. Its now 8ish and too late to go to the parks so off to the pool we go. A nice quick relaxing dip refreshes us and for some reason we're a bit tired. Better get some sleep, the Magic Kingdom calls!

More later...same Disney time, same Disney channel
