The Timeshare Store and Magic Vacation Title are amazing--Final Timeline

We just got work today that we have closed on our contract!

To give the timeline:

March 10th (Saturday)--Offer made and contract signed
March 12th (Monday)--Contract went to ROFR
April 11th (Wednesday)--Found out we passed ROFR
April 18th (Wednesday)--Received Closing Documents
April 19th (Thursday)--Overnight check and closing documents
April 23rd (Monday)--Found out Escrow closed and we have been sent to Disney!

I just cannot believe we closed in less than 2 weeks from passing ROFR! Glad our seller was fast too. Now just waiting to get into the Disney system.

I cannot say enough great things about TSS and Magic Vacation Title!

and that is the last i have heard, no closing docs yet.......why can't everyone be as profficient? we were on the exact same timeline give or take a day, and now all has stalled for me....oh well, not mad , just giving updates for the masses

Congratulations!!! So jealous... I was hoping to be in the system today, too. I am crossing my fingers that I can get in tomorrow. We are trying for a late June trip, too!

No, we are new members so I was completely shocked and so was the CM who helped me. She asked when we closed and I said the 23rd. She said well that was just a week ago and it usually takes two weeks but she would check. Next thing I know she asks some questions to verify and I have a member number. I really was so surprised. I hope this means you are in tomorrow!

I called MS and talked to Eric this morning, and he was so helpful! Got my PIN and I'm! I am probably wearing out the servers with all the searches I've done. Now if my DH will just call me back and let me know when/where to book. I'll be golden!

I'm ok with that though, I was able to look at what's available for VB and so far what we want is available from Sept-Nov so we should have no problem getting something! Now to decide if we want to do MVMCP like last year or try MNSSHP instead. I was upset when he said I was put in on the 30th, because I called on the 1st and they said not yet, but since the points aren't there it doesn't matter anyway. Now to find something to do so I don't sit here all day checking and checking to see if I have points yet!
