Hola, Hello, uh uh that's all I know,
Hey everyone. Alright let's take the past parks and then take a look at the new parks. I will start off with Epcot because that is the one I feel needs some corrections. Oh and BTW these are my opinions and the reason I started this is because I really wanted to see what others thought. Alright is it me or is there something obscure with these monolyth structures. They just make the entrance to Epcot so blaw and cold. Now if anyone reads this and bought one of them well um sorry but this is what I feel. See you can buy one of these things, but maybe they should display your pictures somewhere else in the park. Or maybe put the pictures on the ground as you walk. That would be pretty cool and plus everyone looks down and see's them. I just wish Disney didn't look at everything as just money scheme. If they wanted the whole leave a legacy, why can't you have a bigger picture with your name on like a nice, cool, futuristic structure since Epcot is about the future. You don't get enough for your buck ya know. There use to be beautiful flowers and everything before those came in. It was so pretty. With that beautiful front, the pictures came out great if you take any.

Next on the old agenda. On top of the big ball, what is that! Seriously, do we need to have in big bold letters saying Epcot. We know what the big ball is and it has been around long enough for us to know it is Epcot. That big ball is a symbol to Disney, why do you have that beatuiful ball with that sign that says Epcot. At least it lights up at night which is good. Pretty, but defeats the purpose of what I said earlier. I wish they would remove that. The big ball is a beautiful display alone, it doesn't need any help. It's like covering up the Chinese Theater with the Sorceror Hat. See that has is awsome and goes perfect for fantastmic, so naturally it should be where the ride is. I think like the big ball, the Chinese Theater is the symbol and centerpiece of MGM. Plus again you can't get good pictures of the Chinese Theater.

Third, Figment. I could just stop there and everyone would know what I am talking about, but I shall press on. Why, Why, Why, Why, Why, did they ruin figment. Everyone loves that ride. I mean what is that "ride" they have now. That isn't a ride, that is something I can't explain. Here is how it all went down. They didn't realize how popluar Fig is so they decide to change it, create a new ride that went through many drawing boards to come up with, visitors get upset that Fig is gone, so they put Fig in the ride with the same ride they created before. I don't get it. You never see a line for that ride anymore because it isn't good. I don't think people would rather have a ride with your 5 senses. I think they want Fig and use there imaginations. Can you remember what it was like before with the real ride. Man and afterwards they had the coolest section. Oh and the glass roof. They had those really big Pin things where you put your hand up and you see it through the glass. That ride use to be so good. It was something for everyone. It promoted good ideas to children too. Using your imagination. I know I am not the only one who feels this way. It took thousands of people for them to just put Fig back which didn't help because they still have this ride.

Fourth. I have said this before, but I will put it in for people who haven't read this. I think Mission Space is a dud, but I will never criticize this ride again because I love mission space race after the ride so much that I hope mission space stays. I do have my opinions on that ride. Make it longer, make it more interactive, and make it more exciting.

Fifth, I think Kitchen Cabaret was better than Food Rocks but that is minor.

Sixth. What is with those new hours. How about they just close the park together at 9:00. The only other possible reason I see them closing future world is to get an early start for tomorrow because of all the testing and the electronics.

You see I love Disney so much. I really want Disney to do something about these things. I think Disney is getting built or greed than fun. I want people to say what they like and don't like about Epcot. Then I will move on to Magic Kingdom and MGM Studios.

Yikes....
Disney is supposed to be the happiest place on earth..... but you make it sound a little scary!! LOL
There are some problems and disappointments everywhere. All in all.. Disney is a great place!:Pinkbounc :bounce: :jester: :earsboy: :Pinkbounc

If you are interested in changing WDW maybe you should first work on your attitude.

Posting your views on a board will do nothing to change things. Let Disney know your feelings.

You may enjoy the parks but your posts sure don't sound like it. If you don't enjoy WDW why go?

You'd probably be surprised to find that there are many others who think some of your points have some validity...you probably need to work on softening your tone somewhat....you'd most likely find a little more acceptance to your thoughts that way....this would probably be better suited for the debate board...

Just an FYI so you don't get the boot. Bypassing the word filter on the DIS is bannable.

dogg2727---I couldn't figure out what your problem was until I checked your profile....just curious to see your age. I understand now. If you don't like what Disney has done, then stop going. There's a lot of things I'm not happy with at Disney either, but I either avoid them while I'm there, or I don't even think about it.
Please take it easy and don't be so abrasive, it's offensive to many.

Well uh he he I guess that's why they say proofread first. I edited it and maybe we can get some opinions rather than bashes. Yeah see what yall meant. When you just have a wee bit of steam to let loose, when it comes out. Actually talking through PC is hard because it is misinterpreted. Well I wasn't like as um upset as I made it sound. I know someone will write back saying it sure looked that way, but eh I really wasn't. I hope the apology is excepted. Actually does anyone has Eisner's # lol I could chit chat with him. I think now I will go into the stuff I like at Epcot. See I want to see what all of you dislike and like about the park. Sure the park isn't perfect to everyone, but that is why I brought up my ideas to the crowd. To be honest, when the old rides were there, if you asked me what I disliked about EPCOT, I would say "nothing." Epcot Believe it or Not was my favorite park till the recent changes. I actually love MGM now. RRC, ToT, WWTBAM, CC, Muppets, ST, IJ love them all

Ok the best of Epcot. SpaceShip Earth is an oldie, but a goody. I love that ride 1.) Long sitting ride at the end of the day. 2.) Goes the the History of the World. 3.) Your in a big ball!
I think the At&t thing after the ride is alright, didn't float my boat.

Test Track: If it didn't break down every 5 seconds, it would be the best ride. when you are standing in the long lines, boy that breaking down sure doesn't lift your spirits. I think it is neat how you are the dummy (not literally) and that you get to experience what the car goes through and everything. One minor detail, why didn't they make it where you crash into the wall at 40 MPH. I thought that is what the dummies are there for. LOL I am really kidding, I sure am glab that part wasn't added to the ride. Wouldn't want the high expenses for replacing the cars every run it has. Oh yeah and the tourists.

The Land. That is actually a really interesting ride. You learn a lot and it is a smooth relaxing ride. I mean where else do they make learning fun like that.

Food Rocks. Good, but could be better. They went from the cutsy version to the bad boy version. I think the cutsy version enticed the kids.

Honey I shrunk the audience. I myself love the attraction because I am a fan of the movies. I love watching them and everything. I actually was really curious what everyone else thinks about this ride. Like is it me or is it that Honey I shrunk the kids was last generation. I love honey I shrunk the kids, but friends tell me that it is an old movie and they should think of making a new 3D show. I don't care as long as it is for the better.

Horizons- That was a keeper, not a goer (if that means anything lol). I like the interaction of the ride, and the orange smell, and just everything. I 100% agree that it needs to be tuned up with a renevation.

World of Motion: So many torn feelings about this one. Great ride, but love TT. I like how you get on the ride and you go around the outside and you can look out. Plus people can look up and see the ride. When the monorail goes by, they can see to. I also like the educational part of this ride, but the torn feeling is that this ride was closely related to SSE so I guess the change was good.

World Showcase: This is a one of a kind experience. That is why people love Epcot. Where else can you walk from country to country. Plus you get to try out everything the world has to offer lol.

That is what I think of good old Epcot. Do you agree or disagree. Chat with me on this T.
