The teenage girl who is taking Disney to court

Her health condition is a shame. That being said, not every unfortunate event in your life is the fault of another. Sometimes bad things just happen. Going to court in this case seems like desperation.

I agree most people who do end up going to court need to not place the blame on other people who had nothing to do with there situation! look at how many people who go on that ride and are just fine plus there are the safety restriction/caution signs on every "thrill" ride!!
