Joining the Disney Fun.

Joining the Disney Fun.![]()
I'm in too, as always
Not posting much but reading a lot![]()
glad to see you started your new TR!
Can't wait to hear all about it!![]()
Great update, Jen! Tell Claire I am glad her Momma let her stay out of school the first day of vacation. Is it worth the hastle to have to pick her up after 1 and 1/2 hours of mass and roll call?
OMG! Your Dad is like my Grandpa all over again. He too hated Olive Garden cause they didn't have blue cheese dressing, which is the only dressing he would eat! My Mom started carrying around those Ken's packets of dressing in her pocket book when they went out, just in case.
Here to join in the fun!
Skip on a Greyhound.... I might have let him suffer
Sounds like you made it with some kitten herding but overall no major setbacks.
Looking forward to reading.
The thing that drives me crazy is that I am a planner and he likes to do everything last minute. So even though I knew what the plan was, he wasnt in any hurry
And you are off!
Too funny about Dad and why are you walking and not taking the monorail and telling him you needed to find a bathroom. Men just don't listen in general.
Your food looks rather yummy. I'm with you...love me a good Patty Melt.
Not a good start to the flight with needing a part repaired; that definitely would have put me in a panic.
Glad the flight went quick and you were in Florida and smelling the outdoors.![]()
Fun update!
Your dad sounds like my Grandma...she's not very "go with the flow." Glad everything was OK though and the travel day sounds pretty easy.

at the sanitary products!! Oh my goodness, ever since we talked about that, I swear I see them EVERYWHERE now that I am noticing. It's comical!
Subbing in!
I can relate...we have someone similar in our family too. Yes, he's going...no, he can't go...he changed his mind and wants to go now. Changing reservations when using DVC is not for the faint of heart!
Looking forward to your TR!
Sounds like all-in-all you made it ok! Glad the strut held!
Kinda surprised they didn't at least let your dad go with your mom through the "special" line - in my experience they usually let family members stay together
That was nice of the waitress to let you know you didn't need to order extra fries rather than try to run the bill up
Glad you got all the proper bags this time!
Jen, your dad and his worrying. Poor thing. He's like my Mama and just can't help himself.
It's a good thing that they fixed the strut before you landed. Can you imagine what a jolt that landing would have been?![]()
I'm in. Looking forward to another one of your reports.![]()
I DO remember your dad getting the wrong luggage. OMG - so glad THAT all worked out and didn't happen again this trip.
Glad that your flight was uneventful. You and Claire look so happy to be on your way.
to your dad going through security!
Jen - I just don't know what you are going to do with the men in your life!
