We booked the Sunshine Flyer to take 2 different parties from the airport to the parks (we were arriving at different times)
and then again to take the same 2 parties back to the airport (again, different departure times).
On the trip back to the airport the bus did not show up for my daughter and her wife.
The bus was supposed to be there at 6:30 and both of them were outside at 6:15.
By 6:45 when a bus didn't show up my daughter called them and they said: "Oh the bus left already".
When my daughter told them they had been outside waiting since 6:15 the lady on the phone changed her mind
and said "Oh sorry, yeah for some reason the bus didn't stop there.
You'll have to get a taxi or Uber because we don't have a bus going back there for another 2 hours."
They did refund the entire round trip but it was still upsetting.
I called a Lyft and they got picked up immediately but when I called to ask what happened the lady on the phone
said she didn't know why the bus didn't stop there and didn't offer a lot in the apology department.
The trips for the group I was with went off without a hitch and they were very efficient.
