WEDNESDAY
We get going early and head to the bus for EE at MGM. Another short wait and the bus arrives. I have to admit, besides the wait at DD on Monday night, the busses for CSR were great and very prompt. Before we know it we're pulling into MGM for another wild day in the parks. We go straight in and head for Indy Jones, but the first showing isn't until 10:45 so we head towards New York Ave. We find out at the far end that the way is blocked and have to double back. I ask a CM if Millionaire has started yet and he said if we hurried we could catch the first showing. We arrive as they start letting in and walk right in and get a seat. Talk about dumb luck. I thought I was fast, but a little girl, around 12, from AL gets on the hot seat. This is fun, even though I don't make the top ten either time in points. After the show we head over to the Animation Tour and wait...and wait...and wait. Finally we get in and this is a nice demonstration, though I wish it went a little faster(took over 40 min) By the time we got out we had missed our chance at seeing both Buzz and Woody for the kids. Got to see Buzz later anyway. Time for some food by now so we're off to our PS at Prime Time. We had a blast here, the waitress and other patrons really were getting into it. My friend spilled his shake and DW tried to help him clean it up and they both got blamed for being messy eaters and had to wear bibs the rest of the meal. I was laughing so hard I about fell off my chair. The food here is passable, but the atmosphere is really what gets me. We leave here and go to the Honey playground to let the kids blow off steam. We aren't here 10 minutes when the rains hit, and for the only time on our trip it cuts loose for about 30 minutes. We have plans to meet one of the infamous DISers around 5 so we head back to the resort for a quick snooze.
DW, DS and I head back to MGM while the others stay at the resort. As arranged we see the infamous TvT right where he said he'd be. We say our hellos and head straight back to RnR. Tony and I go on first and DW stays off with Alex, he's not quite up to this yet. In line Tony and I have a nice chat and the line seems to move fairly quickly. We get done and wait with Alex while Judy rides, and in no time she's back. We decide on ToT but Judy bows out on this one. As we get off it's hard to hear since we were on with two screamers. Our group together again, DS wants to ride Star tours again so away we go to there. This ride is fun, but I prefer getting spun every which way on rides and this one seems tame after the last two we were on. This riding makes us hungry so we grab a bite at the counter service restaurant near Indy and take a break. After eating, Tony has to head out so we walk up towards the front and see him off. Tony is even nicer in person and has my kind of sense of humor. So if you get the chance to meet him, do so. We wander through some of the shops, not buying a thing, and then leave for the night to get some sleep for MK tomorrow.
